A few days ago I put out a project on Yelp. Nikki, replied quickly with an excellent quote. Brought my vehicle in today for belt replacements. I also had a rattling noise coming from my back passenger side, I asked if it could be looked into. They did an awesome job! I was greeted by Joe who was knowledgeable and provided great service. After an hour and a half I received a call stating the car was ready for pickup. Joe let me know it was the rear shocks, the plastic cover on it had detached and was causing the rattling noise. I was quoted $660 for front brakes and rotors at Les Schwab's. I went to Joe and he quoted me a lot less and while my car was there, I had him look at my starter that was giving me problems. He had them both done in one day. Both services were less than what Les Schwab's quoted just for my brakes and rotors. There was another incident where I was stranded because of my battery and alternator early in the morning where I called Joe and the shop wasn't open yet since it happened at 6:30 AM. He promptly called me back, even though I didn't leave a message. He came and towed my car from where I got stranded and had it fixed by the next day. Typical bait and switch shop. It's what you'd expect from any shady mechanic. Took my car in for a simple brake pad replacement and rotor resurfacing. The business manager quoted me $135 to install my own brake pads, worst case another $80 for the rotors to be replaced if they couldn't be resurfaced. Two hours after dropping off the car I got a call from the owner claiming that the rotors couldn't be resurfaced and it would cost double what the manager quoted for the rotors. Afterward, I took the old rotors to the dealer and they were easily able to resurface them. So basically this guy squeezed an extra $170 out of me for no reason other than greed. Too bad...I've been looking for a decent honest mechanic. I'm sure you're very sorry Nicki. Try quoting the correct prices next time...or at least honor the prices you do quote. You wasted half my day and charged me significantly more than every other quote I received from other local shops...including the dealer. read more

I received several quotes, the highest was $700-1200 For a 2016 Nissan maxima. I know inflation is high but dam for a maxima? Well this place was the most reasonable, the owner was so cool and could have easily tried to take advantage because I am a woman. he checked to make sure it was my alternator before just taking my $$ and saying that's the reason. The staff is great but I took my car to them with new rotors and break pads in hopes to fix a rubbing noise that my car was randomly making. I ended up changing my break pads,rotors,front control joints and bearings. I took it back countless times as my car has a loud squeaky noise now, the rubbing noise went away but still comes back.I had to replace the rotor due too the mechanic leaving a metal bracket on there wrong. I just gave up on this issue and will be taking my car to a different mechanic shop to see what was done and give a report to the BAR. Disappointed read more
