Terrible experience with this shop. It took them seven months to replace a transmission and window regulator, with constant delays, poor communication, and misleading updates. When the car was finally returned, it was filthy inside and out, and was out of gas. The window still doesn't function properly, and it's leaking differential fluid. They added hundreds of miles to the car, even after the transmission was replaced. With the radio up and both seats way back like young punks like to drive. They left food trash inside, and failed to reinstall all the door screws after "replacing" the window regulator. The owner was aware of my intent to sell the vehicle after it was repaired. Since it's been 11 months now and the car is still leaking fluid, I've lost thousands in car value. Overall, an unprofessional and very frustrating ordeal. Find an honest, professional shop, this isn't it. read more

I just wasted over one month. and I am not the only customer but also there are some customers who waited several months(check reviews on Yelp or Google map). In my case, my car needed engin replacement job. The first estimation through Yelp from the owner was 1 week. I dropped off my car at the shop and paid about $5000 as the deposit for an used engine. One week later, nothing. I asked the owner when it will be done? His answer was "10 more days". The 10 more days later, nothing again. Postpones a couple times more even he knows I need the car for my business. I listened his excuses many times and he sent me some pictures of millage for used engines. But it has been over 1 month, he has not gotten any used engines for the job yet even they got about $5000. I canceled and got the money back. I saw an white Audi parked outside when I picked up my car. The Audi was very similar car that I saw when I dropped off my car over one month ago. I just waisted over one month for nothing. His calls or texts were just exquses to postpone. He might response "call me", No value to talk. read more

We recently Just came here for a tire rotation & We had no problem they did it for us and we paid expecting all to be well.. considering you expect no problems because you're paying for a service. Although when driving home I noticed they didn't even put my tire back on correctly, It was loose. I therefore had to pull over on my drive home and fix it myself. I then had to fix the problem and torque it. To me that was upsetting considering I had to be the one to fix their mistake which is what they are getting paid for, I understand the amount for the service isn't expensive but you'd at least expect it done correctly. A few days ago I put out a project on Yelp. Nikki, replied quickly with an excellent quote. Brought my vehicle in today for belt replacements. I also had a rattling noise coming from my back passenger side, I asked if it could be looked into. They did an awesome job! I was greeted by Joe who was knowledgeable and provided great service. After an hour and a half I received a call stating the car was ready for pickup. Joe let me know it was the rear shocks, the plastic cover on it had detached and was causing the rattling noise.
