Transmission bolts fully tightened but sticking out cause their placed in the WRONG LOCATIONS... cause of weird noise.
Javier R.

Yes this "rEpAiR" happened a while ago but it took that long for me to come back MULTIPLE TIMES to fix this shooty job and to take it to another mechanic who pointed out what you guys did... and what kind of argument is that? UPDATE: The replacement Fan Shroud with built-in radiator reservoir slipt and started to leak... it was a CHEAP aftermarket part which I had to replace with an OEM part... I would of rather you had asked if I'd pay more to get am OEM part... I had already paid more for an "upgraded clutch" which now is squeaking ‍... DONT BRING YOUR CAR HERE 2nd UPDATE - Was just messaged by the business simply to tell me "You should be ashamed of yourself"... like really?! this business messed up and did crappy work with cheap parts, I tried to let them fix it 3 times until I gave up and settled to only find out how bad they did the work after taking it to a real mechanic shop months later for a simple break change (Riverside Metro Auto Group)... and instead of replying to say they would at least try and make things right or put my damn transmission bolts in the correct place I get 1. A none reply trying to disqualify my complaint cause it didn't happen this week 2. A emotional private message to try and Shame me for sharing my bad experience... way to treat the customer you screwed over... hopefully others will take heed and avoid you guys

Damaged rotors from using old pads then making me come back another weekend to get new pads.
Jeremy S.

Avoid this place--it's a classic bait and switch. They used poor-quality parts, replaced things that didn't need replacing, and even installed the wrong parts. I went in to have my back rotors turned and new pads installed. When I picked up my car, I was shocked to see a bill for brand new pads and rotors all around! They tripled my original bill and acted like I was the problem when I questioned the charges. One month later, I returned because the front disks were making noise when stopping. I was told the front pads were no good. I asked, "Which pads did you replace?" and was told just the front ones. But I pointed out that they had replaced pads all around, so if the front pads were bad, what about the back ones? The mechanic claimed the back pads were fine. What good is a warranty if you can't trust them to do the work properly? A year later, I took my car to a new mechanic who informed me that the pads installed by this shop were semi-metallic, while ceramic pads should have been used. As a result, those incorrect pads had been damaging my brand-new rotors for the past year. Now, I had to replace both the rotors and pads--something that could have been avoided if the right pads were used. I could have had the rotors turned, and I only needed to replace the pads once or twice. Not now! Run from this place, it's everything you think a nightmare shop would be.

This is my 2020 gmc canyon that the water pump and thermostat was changed, can't really get a picture of repair

My 2020 gmc canyon water pump went bad, blew at 2am while going to work, started the research and yelp for mechanics/garage for cost and availability, Js garage responds very quickly and Nicky gave me a flat cost of $550, i research them as well and despite some people's bad reviews and looking at so many good reviews with many customers bringing there cars for services for 3, 5, 10, and also saw one for 25 years going there, the price was good and so I brought my truck there, staff was very friendly, Joseph was so helpful, kind, honest and just a overall outstanding person, prices are very reasonable and also asked to have thermostat changed as well because well the whole water pump is being replaced and the thermostat housing is attached on the back of it, so they got that done as well, knowone tried to up sale me and the thermostat was not the problem but I wanted it changed because it was 6 years old along with the bad water pump, I was so impressed with everything that this is where my business belongs, blessings upon blessings J's garage

Really helped me out and did a great job. Very quick to diagnose and give a quote. I will be returning for future minor repairs I need.

I needed an oil change and every single location quoted 100 to 200. J's completed everything for 70 and in a timely manner.

Joe even put in gasket that was not part of the scope just because he saw it having some leak.

I would absolutely recommend this business! Finding Ms. Kenni on here was one of the best things…read morethat happened to me in my car. She truly is an ultimate professional, and absolutely the friendliest, most helpful, and sincerely genuine! She is so knowledgeable and went through and broke every single service that needed to be completed down to me, so that I understood and we were able to come up with an implementation plan for completion at my pace. I cannot say enough good things about this shop and its owner. Her staff is also very knowledgeable and completed my repairs in a timely manner. She will go the extra mile to help her customers. Everyone who came into her busy shop received the same great level of care you could tell they were repeat customers. The shop is also great quality and value as far as pricing and work done. I will continue to use her and recommend her for automotive repair and Tire needs. I cannot say enough great things about her!

Owner Ms. Kenni SAVED ME from purchasing a used car with frame damage, and she did this over a 20+…read moreminute phone conversation, she didn't even make money off of our call! Trust this mechanic, I don't say that flippantly or without fantastic reason, which I'll share: I called to ask if I could bring her the used car I was considering buying from a local used car dealership to give the car an independent inspection. I simply said what I was hoping for, an independent inspection from a local mechanic (I live in Los Angeles & traveled out to Norco to look at this car), that I was looking for a used Japanese or Korean car, & my price range. As soon as I shared the name of the dealership (I didn't say anything about my experience or concerns with them, just the name), Kenni said she won't even do business with them, as they sold a used Mustang to her son whose clutch he asked them to fix, because he could tell it needed repair, they refused, and it went out about 800 miles after the warranty he purchased with this used car dealership expired, the clutch then costing $1000 to repair. Kerri also VOLUNTARILY gave me pointers for used cars, sharing that CVT's (Constant Velocity Transmissions, commonly known as Continuously Variable Transmissions) are not as reliable as other transmissions, which helped me narrow my search in cars in my budget. She also shared other GEMS of cars with recalls on engines, and how great she's found CLK 500 Mercedes cars to be. She has 38 years of experience. I passionately recommend for a trusted, capable, fair mechanic in the Norco, Corona area!!! She is my personal car buying angel of mercy.
