On Sunday around 12:30 p.m., near Blue Oaks Boulevard by Habit Burger and the AMPM, I had one of…read moreRocklin Pest Control's employees driving extremely close behind my vehicle--so close that I couldn't even see his headlights in my rearview mirror. When I pulled into the AMPM parking lot, I was making a right turn into a parking space. I did swing a little wide, and I did not use my turn signal. While I acknowledge that mistake, it did not justify what happened next. The employee pulled in behind my vehicle, rolled down his window, and began verbally assaulting me. I told him he should have stopped tailgating me. In response, he made comments about sexually assaulting me, called me a dumb b****, and used several other vulgar insults. So even if I made the mistake of not using my turn signal, this employee felt comfortable enough to verbally assault a woman while driving a company vehicle. That behavior is completely unacceptable and reflects very poorly on the company. I called the company today to speak with a manager. The receptionist explained that he was in a meeting, which I understood. I called back later after the meeting had ended, but by then he had already left for an inspection. What disappointed me most was that I never even received a phone call acknowledging my complaint or attempting to schedule a time to discuss such a serious incident. I did finally get a call back. The manager said he will talk to him but I hope they do more than just talk to him. He should be let go. He threatened to sexually assault me.... They should be very concerned they have a man who is working for them with this short of fuse over a blinker that goes to people's homes... he was willing to do this in a very public setting. (1/5) My family has…read morebeen loyal customers of Noble Way Pest Control for many years, which makes this experience even more disappointing. About four years ago, we got a friendly family dog. On a few routine maintenance visits in the past, the technician arrived while our dog was in the backyard, and the service was rescheduled. We completely understood that decision and never had an issue with it. Recently, however, we developed a wasp nest that needed treatment. We scheduled an appointment, but no one showed up. We later received a last-minute email explaining the technician had experienced a family emergency and that our appointment was being rescheduled for the following week. We completely understood and had no complaints. Unfortunately, the rescheduled appointment came and went with no service and very little communication. We still had the wasp nest and were left wondering what was happening. Shortly afterward, we received another last-minute email stating they would be coming out on a Tuesday. They never confirmed that the new appointment worked for us, nor did anyone contact us beforehand. The technician arrived unannounced while our dog was in the backyard. Because we had no idea they were coming that day, we had no opportunity to bring our dog inside. Rather than attempting to coordinate another visit, Noble Way cancelled the appointment and then called to inform us that they would no longer provide service to our home because there had been "too many incidents" involving our dog. It's frustrating to be dropped as a long-time customer for circumstances that were largely created by their own scheduling and communication failures. Had they simply communicated with us before arriving, we would have happily put our dog inside. Instead, they repeatedly cancelled or rescheduled appointments with little notice, then blamed us when one of their unconfirmed appointments couldn't be completed. The lack of communication, poor customer service, and unwillingness to work with a long-standing customer were extremely disappointing. I cannot recommend Noble Way Pest Control based on this experience.

We've had a disappointing experience with ProServ. We bought a house in Davis this summer with a…read morerodent issue at least in the attic and garage. ProServ did an inspection, made recommendations for rodent exclusion, and did the exclusion and elimination work while we were in escrow. Shortly after moving into the house we heard rodents in the attic and contacted ProServ to follow up. They sent someone out and he identified how they were getting into the attic (through a gap under a roof tile along a ridge with what he described as mouse droppings next to it), but said he wasn't sure if they could do anything about it. He said he would talk to management, then just ghosted us. We continue to have that attic rodent issue. Today, we also had a mouse inside the house. This isn't a rural area with large quantities of rodents. We're close to a bike path, but we're in the middle of town - so this isn't normal/expected for our area. ProServ hasn't gotten back to us from calls about it today, along with not following up on the previous inspection. It looks like we'll need to hire someone else to come out and fix what ProServ didn't do right the first time because they won't follow up and won't stand behind their exclusion work.

I noticed after I was brake checked and then I backed up to give him space. This driver is a worker for this company driving a company truck, I guess the space I had given him was not enough for his likening and he proceeded to drive 10-15 below speed limit and brake check me multiple times. on top of that he was waving his hands and fingers at me tell me to back up more and more. once the lane opened up to a second lane I decided to get over to the other lane because I didn't feel safe staying behind this guy. He then proceeds to cut infront of me when I switched lanes so he can stay in front of me. This kept happening a few times, there was one point I was anble to pass him and he was yelling at me from his window so I kept going. We then got stuck at a light next to eachother and he proceeded to thumbs down me and part ways. I decided to call the company and talk to the owner about the unsafe situation. During the whole conversation I was made to feel like the situation didn't matter because I was just continuously told "thank you for comments and concerns" and the owner Chuck had a form of attitude about it. This was a very unsafe situation of road rage that who knows if it could have gotten to a worse point. I've never endured such bad road rage so I want everyone to keep an eye out for these workers and know that the owner won't seem to care.
