All Clear was one of the two companies that returned my call and thankfully they were able to get a technician out sooner. They sent Grant out a few days later to evaluate our property. Grant let me know ahead of time he was coming so I was prepared. He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He evaluated the situation and spent 45 minutes going over my options with me. In the end a lot of what could be done was dependent on me purchasing products myself and doing work but I felt a lot more confident about what to do and how to proceed. His information was extremely valuable and he didn't even charge me for the visit! Several weeks later and the rats are far fewer in number. Looked on Yelp to find a company nearby my parents' home with high Yelp reviews. Good Earth was my first choice. Getting pricing info and making an appointment was seamless with Yelp's messaging system. Kevin was so helpful in keeping me apprised of the process and the appointment time/date. On the day of, Zack showed up promptly and with a smile. I was so surprised when he told me my one-time treatment would actually allow follow-up visits within 30 days. He told me the first treatment would be spraying and then the second treatment would be getting rid of the webs. Wow, what a great deal! Both days Zack was punctual, friendly and professional. We even talked about the celebrities he looks like!
