Surprised by Nicholes hospitality and Greatful that someone is willing to help since I got told that that a technician is coming between 9-12 by the appartment manager and after finding out that the appointment wasn't made and I cleared the kitchen cabinets and counters ready for spraying, I called the company and begged them to squeeze us in. They assured me that the technician will call me and come by, but unfortunately that didn't happen. I was bummed out and then Nichole showed up and went out of her way to accommodate my time and did a Amazing job inside by being detailed. I recommend and vouch for Nichole service to anyone that needs a professional, detailed and service that really went beyond what was expected. Thank you Appreciate you Nichole

We'd requested ahead of time to have the garage treated as well (because normally they only treat the outside unless we ask them to spray anywhere else, in which case they're more than happy to do so). My wife opened our garage up before heading out with our kids, and the tech could've easily finished the job and just moved on. But instead, he knocked on the door afterward to let us know he was done so we could shut the garage. He specifically said he didn't want us to leave it open longer than needed. Some might say that's just part of the job, but the truth is, small gestures like that aren't so common anymore. At least not in my experience. It showed genuine thoughtfulness and care--and that matters a lot to us. Great service, as always.

Wonderful pest control company!…read more The garage of my parents' home has not been deep cleaned in many years and I would notice black widows scurrying around when I'd open the garage. In the past, I'd simply arm myself with a can of Spider Killer and spray them as I encountered them. Now I'm older and wiser and decided to hire professionals to spray instead, so I wouldn't have to have anxiety and mini heart attacks every time I'd see a black widow. Looked on Yelp to find a company nearby my parents' home with high Yelp reviews. Good Earth was my first choice. Getting pricing info and making an appointment was seamless with Yelp's messaging system. Kevin was so helpful in keeping me apprised of the process and the appointment time/date. On the day of, Zack showed up promptly and with a smile. I was so surprised when he told me my one-time treatment would actually allow follow-up visits within 30 days. He told me the first treatment would be spraying and then the second treatment would be getting rid of the webs. Wow, what a great deal! Both days Zack was punctual, friendly and professional. We even talked about the celebrities he looks like! (You'll have to meet him in person to guess which celebrity) On the second treatment day, he came armed with a cobweb brush and I actually felt kinda embarrassed because it was like he was doing housekeeping for the spiderwebs! Excellent experience and so far I haven't seen any spiders left! Highly recommend this company. Thank you so much, Good Earth, for helping me get rid of the scary spiders so I can have peace of mind to clean the house. :)

We have a contract with Earthwise but it was going to take them a week to send someone out so I called around to the local Pest Control companies I found on Yelp. All Clear was one of the two companies that returned my call and thankfully they were able to get a technician out sooner. They sent Grant out a few days later to evaluate our property. Grant let me know ahead of time he was coming so I was prepared. He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He evaluated the situation and spent 45 minutes going over my options with me. In the end a lot of what could be done was dependent on me purchasing products myself and doing work but I felt a lot more confident about what to do and how to proceed. His information was extremely valuable and he didn't even charge me for the visit! Several weeks later and the rats are far fewer in number. I would definitely recommend calling All Clear Pest Control for your pest problems.

We got off on a rocky start, but they did finally come through for us…read more While visiting my disabled sister-in-law in Sacramento, we discovered she had a rodent problem. We solicited help on Yelp from a few pest control companies and Advanced said they could get her house treated that same day. This worked out well because the next day we were leaving to drive home to WA. We spoke to a salesman, Dru, and got the service call scheduled for the same day. She set up a quarterly recurring service and provided her payment information. The technician was supposed to arrive that afternoon before 7PM. We waited all afternoon and he never showed up. I called the office and was told he had called in sick, so they would have to reschedule for the next day. This was very frustrating because we were leaving the next morning and wanted to be there when the technician arrived since my sister-in-law is uncomfortable with letting strangers into her home. I soon got a call back from Dru who apologized for the mixup and said he would credit her the cost of the first treatment and have the tech out the next day. We scheduled so that he would arrive during the time her caregiver would be there. We spoke to my sister-in-law the next day and she confirmed he arrived and took care of the treatment. However, a week later her caregiver trapped three rodents on a sticky trap and tossed them in the trash. We advised her to call them back to do another treatment and looks for new signs of rodents, as well as to see if they could tell how they were getting inside. I reached out to the company and she had not contacted them (she's elderly and disabled so I'm not surprised). I got a response within a few minutes. They arranged for the office to schedule a follow-up visit to get the rodent situation under control and try to find out how they are getting inside. Now we are hoping this rodent problem gets resolved! They also treat for insects so hopefully she no longer be getting bugged by uninvited visitors!
