I have been a customer for several years. I initially called them because I had rats in my attic. They quickly found the entry point and sealed the area. Every year they check for any new problem areas. I also had them treat for a termite problem a couple of years ago. The quickly resolved the issue at a very low cost. In addition they do an excellent job keeping down the pest problem. The technicians are always very professional and knowledgeable. I am very satisfied with all aspects of my dealing with them. I highly recommend Pest Control Center. read more

We have german roaches issues at 45XX Bomark Way. We called pest control center (3845 Madison Ave), but so far we are NOT HAPPY with the service at all !! The service guy did not even do a thorough inspection, and missed the heavily infested areas surrounding the gas water heater in the garage, and also walls in the kitchen, underneath refri & oven etc. After 1st treatment, we could NOT even tell any differences!!! So far we still have a lot of roaches coming out from crevices of baseboards, everywhere from the kitchen areas. read more

I felt the need to update as we've had the services now for over two years and couldn't be happier! The techs are amazing and always happy to answer questions and share their vast knowledge! The office is always great with communication about scheduled services and are very sweet. Craig is our regular tech and he does an amazing job. Even more so- we *knock on wood* have not experienced any issues with pests (mind you, we started the services when we bought for a reason)! Couldn't be happier We have been so pleased with our service. We have routine scheduled visits every few months and are so happy we went with Pest Control Center. We had bought our house and noticed ants and little roaches in the yard and creeping into the garage. Th were immediately addressed and are now a distant memory. The customer service is exceptional as is the service provided. We love the hand written notes that let us know what was done and they always contain a personal note and well wishes. It's those small personal touches along with great service that will keep us customers for a long time to come. read more

I've used this company 3 or 4 times now and have had a good experience each time! They are always quick to help and sending someone out when needed, even on short notice. I used this company when I lived locally, but now that I live across the country, it has been extremely comforting knowing I can trust them to reach out to my tenant to schedule services and perform the job needed! They are very informative about what kind of bugs are around throughout the different seasons and they give suggestions on how to prevent future issues. They are always polite when visiting the home, and over the phone. I highly recommend! read more

We've used this service for many years at two homes and they've always been responsive, thorough and provided a high quality of service.

We have been customers of Pest Control Center for many years using their service in both of our homes. We have always been satisfied with the technicians that serviced our homes until recently. We have watched the current tech whisk through our yard with lightning speed. He neglects to check both rodent traps. Today, in his haste, he jerked the hose of his tank around the corner of the house and broke our fountain. He said he thought it was hung up on the side of the house. Why didn't he look? As a result, Pest Control Center will not reimburse us for a replacement fountain. They have offered 2 visits of free service. That amount will not replace the fountain. We are very upset over the lack of Customer Service we have received trying to resolve this issue. Be careful who your technician is. This gentleman obviously has no concern for work ethic. read more

We will look forward to working with Mark in the upcoming months, since we have a year contract with this company. Thank you for getting rid of our ants..so far so good! read more

Kyle with Pest control is awesome! We have been dealing with Ants in our new home and he has been very helpful in getting rid of them. He is quick to respond to our calls and questions, and is super knowledgeable and professional. We have been with Peat control center for many years. Our current technician, Bruce does a great job

We have used Pest Control Center for several years and they are responsive and professional.

Such terrible customer service and rude employees! Our management company let us know pest control needed to stop by to check our duplex because the neighbs have some possible rodents. When the dude with terrible customer service comes (he's been here twice but I couldn't tell ya his name because he didn't once say who he was or what company he came from), he makes no effort to try and enter our home. He said if there is no evidence of unwanted guests he doesn't need to come in. Then he goes back to his company and tells them WE REFUSED TO LET HIM IN. My boyfriend left the door open and said do what you need to do! So we get notice of not complying from our management company, are you kidding me? Then when he comes back he has no explanation or apology for getting us in trouble with our management company and to top it off we had not been contacted for the recheck, he just rudely shows up! So is this guy trying to scam more service visit fees or is he just that dumb and rude? I never want this guy showing up at my door again! I will be calling on Monday to speak to a Supe! As I really never want this guy at my house again. Thanks for the response read more

Getting pest control service is usually more of a neccessary evil. That being said, the process can turn into a nightmare with the wrong company. Pest Control Center has always been so great to work with. I have used them for new home purchase inspections and their timeliness, service and reports have always been outstanding. Their employees are extremely professional and friendly. Their prices are very reasonable and the owner Steve Scoville has worked with me to make sure I am getting the best service for the best value. I completely trust Pest Control Center. They dont try to sell me services I dont need and while educating me about the facts, they dont try to be pushy. Highly reccommend them! read more

Yesterday April 5, 2021, I had urgent need of pest control for a Rat in my master bedroom --due to construction -- left a small hole to my home's bottom--and there are some rats there. I was pretty sure I had only the one -- so I called about 8-10 pest control companies in the Roseville area. Big problem was they all wanted to sell me a huge protection plan for like 3-10 years-- whatever -- I just wanted someone to come out and set a few traps in my bedroom--- and that's it! Finally I called Pest Control Center Inc -- and a sweet receptionist answered and seemed like they could help. I talked to Craig Morton -- and he said he could be at my home in a couple of hours. I was elated --finally someone listened to the real problem. He arrived promptly in about 2 hours and placed 4 traps in my master bedroom. Later that night --about 3 AM -- I heard a loud---"SNAPPP"--- we got him! Thank you Craig! I will use you guys for more pest problems soon! These guys are the BEST! read more

James is our service technician and he gets the job done! Every year, we have wasps that will start to build their new nests but James comes to clean them out. If there is a recent rain after a spray and renders the spray less effective, we call and James returns. We have a fruits and vegetables growing in various areas and James always remembers to not spray near or in the 'organic-designated' areas. James is professional, friendly and good at his job. We definitely recommend him as well as this company. read more
