First and foremost, the technicians have been rude and dismissive during multiple visits. They falsely reported "no roaches present" on their internal report after placing traps on 11/7/2025. When they returned on 12/5/2025, those same traps were full of roaches--proving their initial report was inaccurate. On top of that, Jason placed one of the sticky traps on my kitchen counter where we prepare food, which is completely unacceptable and unsafe. I have photos documenting this and will include them below. They also claimed that I "shouldn't use store-bought pest control" because it's listed on their prep sheet, but nowhere on their prep sheet does it state that. This feels like another example of misinformation and lack of professionalism. As a mother with a toddler in the home, I take every step I can to keep my apartment clean and prevent pests. Despite my efforts, the service I've received from this company has not only been unhelpful but has added unnecessary stress to an already difficult situation. I reached out to Irwin's Animal Control who I used back in 2019 during a real estate transaction. Mr Irwin came out and did the home inspection. Instantly, I realized this was his specialty. He pointed out and explained the most common issues and specific problems I had. He got to work the same day and spent a few hours sealing up (metal wire) entry points on the exterior, roof, pillars, vents, and attic. His work ethic is old school. Unfortunately, I didn't get anything in writing or a proposal. I jumped a gun because I wanted to fixed. Jim promised Fixing of any open areas that mice or rodents can get in. Technician states something else versus my conversation with Jim. $450 for setting out traps and inspection. They would come out 3x. I have yet to receive an inspection report. I've tried after tech left the house but didn't reach anyone!

Their contracts are reasonably-priced and they come every two weeks and spray and clean cob webs and anything else in the awnings. They always text us before coming and when they're on the way. They always check via text before coming if we want a knock on the door when they arrive. They also text and email us about anything else, such as billing or scheduling. Great communication. If any issues come up between visits, such as new insect or rodent visitors, Brad always addresses the matter immediately, coming the same or next day, if needed, and spraying, and at no additional cost. And Brad is so educated and informed on insects and local issues, it would surprise you. Recently we noticed cockroaches in the front exterior of our home, which of course alarmed us. When we contacted Results, Brad came out the next day. He informed us that the roaches came from the storm drains (manholes) and were searching for a place to live, but that what they already sprayed and protect our home with will kill them off and not allow them to stay. I was amazed by how knowledgeable he was on the matter. Another great thing is that it's great to support a small, family-run business. Moreover, even though he's relatively young, that Brad is a retired USMC vet, so it's great to support a fellow military person (our son is in the USMC). My oldest did all the research and communications with several wildlife control companies-, however, this company was the one for us. I appreciate the detailed estimate and the photos to show exactly the identified problems and how and what was to be remedied. Exclusion is expensive but it is only a one time cost that really needed to be done. My son kept me in the loop from the first appt. to the written estimate. I was losing sleep every night because there was rummaging and scraping taking place on the roof above my bed. I suspected it was either birds or squirrels and had tried checking everything myself but couldn't find anything. I called around to some places to describe the issue I was having and at least one person referred me to Thomas Wildlife Control. I called up and managed to luck out by securing an appointment the following day. Brandon showed up on time ready to go to work and was very personable. He walked me through the process he would take and was very transparent with me including setting expectations so there wasn't any guess work involved. Cutting to the chase, he not only managed to find what was going on and causing it, but took the time to show me and explained how important it was to catch the culprit then because of all the other damage that could be done if it wasn't caught. Then he managed to provide a very reasonable solution to take care of the problem and did excellent, clean work. Brandon was like the more professional Doctor Doolittle / animal whisperer and made the whole experience feel easy and a great value. Now I'm sleeping peacefully and feel reassured that the problem was resolved. It's rare to feel like you really get what you paid for these days and I not only feel this way, but like I got the gold standard of work done.
