Yesterday 5/7/26 the technician came out yesterday, I don't remember his name, he arrived around 9 am very nice and respectful young man. He was respectful of my property he informed me it take a couple of hours. He drilled holes in the pavement filled with treatment and refilled holes back up, you really can't see where the drilling happened in some areas. He completed the work around 12:45 pm good service. The cost was reasonable based on the three estimates I had received. I went with options one time treatment however, they provide a one year warranty which is great.

She let me know she received my initial request and wanted to know a little bit more. I told her that I had some ants in the master bathroom and she provided me information on their services. After a brief description of their services and a quote, I knew that I needed someone out as soon as possible. she was able to provide me with a same-day service. It was quick and easy process all set up within 10 to 15 minutes over the phone. I really appreciated her friendly demeanor and helpfulness regarding my Ant issue. I'm saving for a wedding and so the prices that she offered me fit in my budget and she was super helpful! Overall 10/10 for Customer Service. Will edit review if possible after the technician comes out. Follow up after technician: Scott called 1.5 hours after I scheduled my apt and let me know he would be at my house in 30 mins. He was on time and came in to check out my ant infestation. He provided me some knowledge on the traps I had out and let me know that the ants typically die in the trap instead of taking the poison back to the nest. He treated the area and proceeded to do the outside of the house. He also reminded me that if i needed any treatments outside of the 90 day check up that I could call and they would come out. We live near the river so there are lots of rodents, bugs, etc. I went to Yelp to find a new company and stumbled across EcoGuard and all of their positive reviews. I submitted a request and was actually called that night (which seemed like after business hours but I was free!) to schedule an appt. I did share that I wanted someone with experience, who understood the area, and would be available to come as needed. Shawn, our technician, has now been out multiple times. He is friendly, incredibly knowledge and you can tell just wants to help. We recently started having a bee issue. I called to have him come out and he came the next morning but unfortunately the bees were not swarming in the area they had been in the day prior. He asked to try and take a photo of the bees when we saw them again, since they can't do anything about honeybees. After many tries I got a photo, text it to Shawn, and he mentioned to call the office for an appt. I did and he was able to come out quickly, at a time that the bees were out. They weren't honey bees and he was able to treat the specific area where it seemed like maybe they were going into the attic. EcoGuard has been incredibly helpful and responsive. They want to get someone out to you quickly which I appreciate!

Cute but pesky squirrels built a nest at the top of the tall column on my front porch using…read moreshredded cedar from my garden. Then they started gnawing through stucco and into the substructure. I tried various humane ways to get rid of them, from squirts from my hose to my impersonation of a wild predator, which amused my neighbor but wasn't effective. Finally I called Good Life. The technician they dispatched cleared out the nest and repaired the damaged stucco. He did an awesome job matching the existing stucco color. Then he applied a pest solution he called "hot foot" which apparently squirrels hate. It worked. The squirrels haven't been back. As an added bonus, the technician changed the second story light bulbs above my porch that required a super long ladder and some risky, heart stopping maneuvering near the top rung. He fearlessly accomplished the task for which I truly grateful. He installed LED lights with a 40-year lifespan so they should outlast me. Thank you, Good Life. Great work!
