Door-to-door salesman continuously rang doorbell and knocked despite our prominently displayed "No soliciting" sign, which angered my dog and woke my infant. I opened the door twice to tell the salesman to leave, which prompted him to ring the doorbell once again. Fantastic experience with Next Level Pest Control. From price quote all the way to the first appointment. They did not disappointment. My technician was on time in the window they provided and also texted me a 15 minute heads up. Jonathan was friendly and knowledgeable. He sprayed the inside and outside of our home since I wanted to make sure we were good. We were just moving in and the house had been sitting on the market for about a month or so. Tons of spiders outside for sure! He got all the nasty cob webs too! We are having roach problems outside like everyone else in the area, then I saw a large rat in our yard, yikes!!! Next Level Pest Control was right on both of these issues, they care about us and will discuss the issues and resolutions in detail and be right out. They take the time to educate, which I love and they have an all organic repellent we will start using once our issues are under control. Also they are the only company to not use a contract!!! If you have any type of pest this is your company..The prices are right literally the best.When they show up they get the job done.They spent sometime making sure our house was well sprayed out and even put a few bug traps. The next day no sign of pest..a week later nothing which is awesome. I needed an emergency visit due to a hornets nest building outside of my veterinary hospital. I had been calling and speaking with a few of the bigger corporations over the last several days that were no help whatsoever. Most of them kept putting me off for days out or they would tell me they'd get back to me and then ghost me. I found Next Level Pest Control was just around the corner in my neighborhood, explained my situation, and was met with compassion and followed up with immediate service. They already had a full and busy schedule for the day but one of their technicians (Curtis) squeezed me in because he knew I needed it handled asap. It was a quick visit where he explained what needed to be done and then handled it shortly after. They are inexpensive and offer follow ups for whatever situation you have going on. Great service at an affordable price. Moved in to a new place last December and come spring time I noticed a few cock roaches showing up. Curtis was awesome and took the time to talk to me and give me more lines of defense when It came to bugs getting in your home. For example taping up/sealing around the water lines coming through the walls to faucets. He explained that the breed of roaches we were seeing were an outdoor brown breed and really common for the area. He has serviced my place twice now and I have not seen a live one in about 2-3 months. Seen a few dead ones but this is normal with the treatment and at least they aren't alive! Lol nice guys and great service for a good price. My bi monthly treatment was $99 first treatment, then $49 every two months. Can't beat that! That's almost less money than it would be buying over the counter traps and sprays. Definitely will use Next Level pest control where ever I go if I need pest service and even recommended them to my neighbors! read more
