I am embarrassed to say I had damage under my sink from water, and it turned into mold. Once the mold was removed, I could put my new water filter under my sink. Highly recommend JPZ!! Quick to respond with a reasonable price for all the work we had them do in our home for a beautiful update! They were communicative, professional, & on time! We had them remove our wall/niche to open up our space, they did an amazing job making it flush with the wall as well as matching our paint perfectly. Now, You wouldn't even know it was there before! We also had them paint our existing oak color kitchen cabinets White, as well as extending new lower cabinets under our window. They matched them up great & installed all our new kitchen hardware! I even requested if they could add a hidden trash pull drawer for me in one of the cabinets, & they certainly did! They worked VERY VERY hard on our kitchen to make sure we were pleased with the overall results. Made us feel comfortable to ask to fix any imperfections we may have noticed in the end. Priscilla also did an amazing clean up on our kitchen after the job was complete! Overall extremely happy with their service no complaints here! I really cannot say enough great things about JPZ. I was desperately searching for someone who could replace my bathroom vanity, which included uninstalling and inspecting old plumbing, removing and discarding the large/heavy old vanity from a tight space, and installing the new vanity and all new plumbing. One of the biggest issues I found as I searched for help was finding someone who could successfully do all of the above (handy work, repairs, plumbing) reliably for a fair price. I am SO glad I found JPZ! Priscilla was fast at getting back to me, easy to communicate with and incredibly professional in confirming my appointment and providing a fair estimate. Jaime and his dad was contracted by Velocity Plumbing (another excellent company) when the drain in my bathroom stopped draining. The issue was pretty severe as I have recently purchased an old house and the plumbing system was never serviced. After the drain was fixed, I got a chance to chat with Jaime and realized he also worked as a handyman. It's so hard to find a good handyman nowadays and Jaime was magical. My previous handyman would leave work for the next person to do the "finishing touch"... which I was confused at... but Jaime took care of all the work as well as finishing. He refinished my bathroom back to original condition before the ground was dug up to repair the drain in just 3 days!! Very happy with the screen door installation they just completed. We also got quotes on other projects we want done and their prices are more reasonable than some of the prices we've gotten from other companies. We called them over just to do quotes but I ended up contracting them to install a new screen door on the spot. Fantastic service and even better people. I had them install a new vanity and sink for me in a tiny bathroom. They came over and gave a good estimate price, and were able to go and buy all the materials I wanted for me. They came back and did the job in a relatively short time. They were efficient and also very respectful of me and my home (and my cats!). Incredibly friendly people, who were also just pleasant to talk to. I would not recommend this company! I called on a Saturday afternoon and spoke to a lady who told me to text what I would like done and pictures. I immediately texted pictures listing what I would like done. I got a response text saying they would reply momentarily. I contacted JPz to replace 2 three hole faucets in my bathroom. They provided me with a fair estimate through Yelp. I bought the replacement faucets. Priscilla was able to schedule my appointment with no problem. The communication was impeccable and I was kept aware of my appointment and I requested 10 minutes notice before arrival. Jaime and Juan arrived on schedule and advised me what would be needed to prevent a future costly incident. I also requested an estimate with my clothes dryer and a gas smell. Jaime checked it out and gave me an estimate. They not only replaced my faucets, they replaced my valves and hoses. They also cleaned my dryer vents checked for a gas leak and replaced the tubing from the dryer to the vent. There was so much junk in the vents almost to the point of clogging them which could have been disastrous. Jaime also checked the psi of the water flow, which was double the pressure that it should have been and adjusted it for me. Jaime walked me through all of his work and triple checked that everything was fine before accepting payment. If we could give 10 stars we would. These guys are great. They were right on time, and not just once but from start to finish. I forgot about the appointment once and the guys had to wait out there for more then half an hour, and they still came out thereafter to help address the problems. My roof was leaking in two areas and I filed an insurance claim only to find out that Mercury insurance wasn't going to cover much, instead Mercury elected to pay thousands of dollars to ServPro to tarp the place and put up plastic curtains, and raised my premium. So I frantically searched Yelp to find credible companies that could complete the job affordable since Mercury wasn't going to do much to help me after collecting insurance premiums for so many years...so upset about this. I called many and only JPZ was responsible and reliable enough to come to our home so many times so they can locate the problem and fix it. I am happy to say that Jaime wife dad and friends completed the whole thing in a day and few hours for a fraction of the cost. We are so happy with the end product and with the attention to detail and the care they took to address the leaks. My husband and I are so very happy, we have children and a newborn at home and they took care not to get dust all over the place, also whipped down the furniture when the job was complete.
