    We got married in October in the OC, and hiring the Joyfully team to help us plan our wedding was one of the best decisions we made! We went with the full-service package as my partner and I both work pretty demanding jobs. In hindsight, we are so glad we opted for the full-service package because doing so saved us so much time and stress. There is still so much you have to do and deal with during wedding planning so it was great to know that we had a team behind us taking care of things and keeping us on track. Blaire was our main planner, and we also worked with Hannah and Sharon along the way. All 3 ladies are so kind, knowledgeable, and overall just a pleasure to work with! With the full-service package, the team connected us with the most amazing vendors at varying price levels, which we appreciated. This saved us SO much time of having to do our own research. We also really appreciated the honest advice they gave us in terms of where to spend vs. where to save. This is the kind of insight that we would've never had on our own and was so valuable to receive from an experienced wedding planner. There were also a few times where Blaire stepped in and advocated on our behalf with some of our vendors which resulted in less stress for us and more money saved. They also worked with us to execute the vision we had in terms of design and aesthetics. Even though we had a few changes of heart with some design elements along the way, the team didn't flinch and gladly adjusted things for us. Joyfully also offers their own rental items (discount included with the full-service package), and renting most of our decor items through them also saved us a lot of time and money (can you sense a theme here?!). Fast forward to our wedding day, everything looked so beautiful and the evening went so smoothly. It was truly the happiest day of our lives! We had always heard horror stories of things going wrong on your wedding day, but for us, none of that happened & if it did, we didn't even know because Blaire and her team took care of it for us. We got so many genuine compliments from our guests about how much they enjoyed our wedding and a lot of that was because of the thoughtful planning efforts of Joyfully Co.! We are truly so grateful for the Joyfully Co. team and wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone searching for a wedding planner!

    It was a pleasure working with Blair, Hannah and Sharon to plan my wedding! I went ahead and booked them for the full package, and they were super helpful in providing me options that best suit my budget. Even when I decided to almost completely disregard my budget, they were able to roll with the punches to satisfy my neediness. Super communicative and supportive; I'm so happy that my wedding came out even better than I imagined! Everything came together beautifully and the whole night ran smoothly. Highly recommend this team to plan your wedding; they know their stuff!

We received a confirmation to sign (which we never signed) We were originally told that they don't deliver to redlands, where our venue is, so my fiancé called and spoke to someone telling them we were not going to go through with them and that we found another rental company. 6 months later!! They charge our account for over $1700! Putting us negative in our account and forcing us to pay over $500 in over draft fees. For 6 whole months after we canceled we did not receive any emails or phone calls from Big Top Rentals. Communication was silent. And then 3 days before our wedding they charged us! We now have less money for our honeymoon because Big Top Rentals did not cancel our order as we requested and did not communicate with us after that. When we canceled with Big Top Rentals months ago, we went with Ricky Rentals. They have been emailing us periodically to remind us of payments, they have been giving us phone calls to check in, and the week of our wedding they sent an email to as a reminder of the event and our booking. Big Top Rentals has not done any of that once. Once the order was canceled they didn't call or email anything and that is bad business. This company is not organized nor professional My fiancé called them telling them that she would like a refund. The guy she spoke to hung up on her. And when she called back later, they told her they were going to refund her. I called the next day to speak to a manager and the guy answered the phone and had no warmth or good customer service. Once I spoke to Lilie, the manager, I explained to her what happened and she interrupted me and started blaming us and getting defensive. She ignored the fact that my fiancé called and asked for the order to be canceled and also lied to me about the fact that they told us they don't deliver to redlands. If you are looking for a rental company for your event or wedding and don't want to be stressed and be put in a whole because of incompetence then Big Top Rentals is not the place for you!

The prices are a bit cheaper on weekdays for the same experience and since the party is only a couple of hours, we are usually able to get great attendance for a simple weekday party at an affordable price. You're allowed to bring in your own snacks and they sell pizza/beverage packages. I love that flexibility to bring healthy snacks but also give kids what they really want: pizza. They call you a few days beforehand to confirm details and answer questions. Then when you arrive they handle all the setup of the decorations and banners and gift bags and cake (they ask for nothing frozen) while you go ENJOY YOUR PARTY. To me, this is the huge advantage of hosting your party at a venue and at this venue in particular. The ability to enjoy the party without stressing the details is priceless, and they do such a wonderful job with the presentation. They even asked me to come approve the setup before everyone came in. Then while you're enjoying your time with the kids, they have a photographer snapping quality pictures of all the kids at the party. They climb in the bounce houses and through the play stations snapping amazing candid and posed pictures and play them for you when you're enjoying the pizza and snacks. The flash drive of images, including group photos in front of the ginormous inflatable slide, isn't even crazy expensive. It was like $25, or something like that. The photographer's time and effort was 100% worth the price and gave a lovely memento of the day that I could share with other parents. In short, this place is amazing and affordable and so much fun. Do not hesitate to book a party here!

My son is 12 and it's geared towards younger kids although he did enjoy himself. We did go for his friend that uses a wheelchair but is able to get around without it they were very accommodating and it seemed she has no issue. It was nice to see the employee who was in charge of pictures for the birthday girl taking pictures of everyone trying to make sure he didn't leave anyone out, i thought that was neat!
