She made sure we were able to convey styles to our vendor and coordinate with them along the way to make our wedding day flow seamlessly. Easily the best decision we ever made was hiring Ann as our wedding coordinator. First of all, if you are debating on whether or not you even need a coordinator- there is no debate. It's a must-have for a wedding. If you're on the fence on who to hire - there is no need to look any further. Ann is the best in the business. Not only is she a great person to work with, she is thorough and detail oriented enough to bring all your wedding dreams into fruition. My husband and I got married during Memorial Day weekend last year (which is one of the busiest times for weddings), and we had the honor and the privilege to have Ann as our wedding coordinator. Even during the busy season and a jam packed weekend schedule with back to back weddings, Ann was still able to really focus on our wedding and all the little details I had in my vision. Some might label me as a perfectionist, but I would just tell them that I just like things a certain way. When it came to our wedding, we had a vision that we wanted to see into fruition. To say that Ann had executed our vision would be an understatement. It was everything we had imagined and more. She really made all our wedding dreams come true. To be honest, I have a tough time trusting people to do things for me, because I know that I like things done a certain way, but I was 100% able to trust Ann, because she is just that good. I saw her as another extension of myself, which I feel is really hard to find. On the day of the wedding, I didn't have to worry or think about anything. Ann and her team just took over and handled every little thing. Not only were they working hard to make sure everything goes according to plan, but her and her team were ALWAYS trying to make sure we are doing okay- and that we are eating, or drinking water, or we are just taking care of ourselves. Ann and her team are on a whole other level here. I noticed that they would prepare our food a certain way so that we could easily eat between events on our timeline. They are constantly grabbing water for us or delegating tasks like this to our wedding party. I know that there is so much else going on, so we appreciate the attentiveness she gives us and everything around them. I have received countless compliments, and I'm still receiving them- about Ann and her team - about how on top of it she is - how organized she is, and how nice and also calm she stays the WHOLE time. This is NOT easy to do especially with all the challenges and curveballs that can happen at big events. She knows exactly what to do in tough situations, and she never had to bother us with anything during the day. We were completely able to enjoy every moment of our wedding because of her. I admire her work, and I'm in awe of what she can do. Ann is a superstar!

Ann was literally my fairy godmother on our wedding day and I cannot recommend her enough!!! My husband and I actually met Ann when we attended my cousin's wedding in 2023. Her professionalism, assertiveness, and charisma immediately caught our attention. Our family members, specifically the picky Viet aunties, couldn't stop raving about her calm demeanor and professionalism. She and her team were able to keep a whole room quiet and herd 150+ people with such grace! We immediately booked her after getting engaged. We went with the month-of/day-of coordination with the most difficult part being location - we planned our California wedding entirely from Arizona. Ann blew me away with her check-ins, speedy replies, and advice throughout the whole process. She worked out scheduling with us, making sure she could meet with us whenever we were in town. Ann worked her magic the month of our wedding, but especially the week of. 5 days before our wedding day, our DJ was admitted to the hospital unexpectedly and I was in FULL SPIRAL mode. I texted her at 11pm and she promptly gave me a call to calm me down and offer backup plans. Then at rehearsal, even though she couldn't make it, her assistant Kim seamlessly ran the ceremony timeline as if she had studied our wedding details since Day 1! The type-A in me felt SO MUCH relief and I knew I could fully trust her and her team. Every wedding day comes with its list of challenges, and our most difficult challenge was our venue. Ann could have easily given into our venue's demands, but she was able to pull so many strings on our behalf to ensure our day was the day we wanted it to be. She literally took a chair to the hip right in front of us during cocktail hour, saving our grandma! Our family required a blend of Vietnamese and Jewish traditions, and I had actually forgotten to add in the glass-breaking tradition to our officiant's ceremony script. Thinking it was too late, we were going to omit it. I was in the middle of notifying Ann 10 minutes before ceremony stared, when she held my hand and said "oh no, we have everything set up and it's penciled in to your officiant's script. He knows, it's happening!" I immediately hugged her and cried! Her team deserves their own shoutout as well. They are SO meticulous and detailed; obviously learning from the best, Ann herself! When Ann had to leave a bit early for personal reasons, she made sure I was in good hands with her team. They were constantly checking in on me, making sure I was hydrated, cooled, and dress bustled. They could see even the tiniest bit of discomfort from me from across the room and come running over. They even went out of their way to take extra polaroid pictures for us during reception without us asking, and now we have an album full of beautiful candids. We literally could never thank Ann and her team enough. If you've made it this far, please take it as a sign to reach out to Ann and her team. I promise you will NOT regret it!

Ann and her team truly go out of their way to make your special day perfect just the way you truly desire your day to be. I cannot recommend them more than enough to anyone who just wants to be really taken care of and happy on wedding day. They are very passionate at what they do. You can easily tell how much sincere care and intention they put into each and every detail there possibly is to making your day the best day ever. Ann and her team are also welcoming, kind-hearted, and respond quickly whenever you need to reach out to them. I gave Ann all these inspo photos of how I wanted the vibe of my wedding to be and she exceeded my expectations. She made sure to know what I like, didn't like, and is all about the details to making your day truly shine as if it were her own! Head coordinator Kim made sure the whole entire wedding day was running smoothly as well as making sure that my husband and I were having a great time! It never felt rushed. There were no major hiccups. I had the worst feet cramp for the first time though and Kim was already next to me with chair to sit on and a neck fan for some support. No matter how busy she really prioritized our well being and it was so much fun having her around! She hyped up my bridesmaids for our welcoming entrances, made sure my husband's eyes were open during the important shots, made sure we were changed into our different outfit changes on time, and gave us cake in our bridal suite! I loved that my husband and I didn't have to think about anything the day of because Kim guided us throughout the whole day. If I had to do it all over again, I would choose Ann and her team in a heartbeat.

We are beyond grateful for Ann! From the very beginning, she was organized, thoughtful, and fully committed to making our day as smooth and stress-free as possible. Her attention to detail and ability to manage every moving part with calm professionalism truly made all the difference. One of the things we appreciated most was how gracefully she handled our families--especially navigating the cultural elements of our wedding. She was very understanding and respectful, and did an amazing job keeping everything balanced and everyone happy (including my traditional Vietnamese parents--which is no small feat!). Her ability to communicate clearly while staying kind and composed really helped ease tensions and make everyone feel heard and included. On the day of the wedding, there were a few hiccups (as there always are), but we barely even noticed. She and her team handled everything behind the scenes so efficiently that my husband and I got to fully enjoy the day without being pulled into decision-making or problem-solving. If you're looking for someone who can keep things running seamlessly, honor your vision, and handle even the trickiest dynamics with grace and skill--she's absolutely the one. We can't recommend her enough-- we had the best day ever and can't shut up about our wedding. If we could do our wedding all over again, we totally would-- and we'd go with Plans by Ann a second time :)

Choosing Ann to help us with planning our wedding was hands down the best decision my now husband and I made when we first started our wedding planning journey. I had a vague idea of what I wanted the day to look like ("springtime in the fall" LOL) but Ann really worked with me to flesh that idea out and turn it into a whole vision. She was very hands on from day one and helped us source a number of our vendors and gave her honest opinion on ways to stay within budget but also still get what we wanted. I felt like she was always available if we had any questions or worries and really listened to and understood what was important to us. I can honestly say that the month of the wedding felt so much less stressful because we knew that we could count on her to be on top of it. She contacted all of our vendors and organized logistics and required documents needed from each vendor for the venue. She really helped us develop a great layout and flow for our venue, helped us create a timeline that made sure we got to do all the things we wanted to do and she reassured us every step of the way. Her team, led that day by her associate Kim, was incredible the day of and made sure everything ran smoothly and that the vision and the vibe of the day was immaculate. They were so detail oriented and made our day feel like the perfect, most beautiful day. They even took extra polaroids of my husband and me during different points of the day and added them to our photo guestbook which were just the best surprise. I can't speak more highly of Ann and her wonderful team for going above and beyond for what was one of the best days of our lives. Would absolutely recommend anyone looking for a planner to hire Ann!

Picking Ann and her team one of the best decisions we made during our entire wedding journey. From the beginning, Ann impressed us cause she was really personable and warm. In our initial meeting, we had a zoom call with Ann just to get to know her (this was before we even booked her) and it really show her professionalism and her excitement for our big day. But what truly sets het apart is how she showed up for us when things didn't go according to plan. The day before our wedding, our Airbnb unexpectedly canceled on us. Ann stayed with us looking for a solution and she literally handled all the communications with our vendors to let them know the location had changed for getting ready and pictures. She handled the situation with such calmness and ensured everything went smoothly the next day. Every other part of the planning process was just as smooth and thoughtful. Ann listened closely to what we wanted and gave us recommendations on what would look nice. She worked and communicated with all of our vendors, created a timeline that kept everyone on track, and on the day itself, made sure we didn't have to worry about a thing. She also had great recs on how to run our own boba bar and get our very own champagne tower A lot of guests told us it was such a fun and well organized and coordinated wedding and we really want to thank that to Ann and her team. We would highly recommend Ann for all your wedding planning and coordinating needs. We are really grateful for everything she has done for us.

One of our biggest challenges was dealing with our initial photographer, who completely ghosted us during the planning process. After repeated attempts to communicate and get things back on track, we realized we needed to move on. Thankfully, our wedding planner had a great relationship with our video team, and they were able to step in and take our pictures. This could have been a significant setback, but she handled the situation with such professionalism and care. She reassured us, helped coordinate everything, and made sure the issue didn't affect the rest of our planning. Her support during this stressful time was invaluable, and we felt so relieved knowing she had everything under control. She did an amazing job handling all the inevitable drama that comes with weddings. She managed everything from family dynamics to last-minute vendor changes with grace and professionalism. She ensured that nothing escalated to the point where we felt stressed. Her ability to keep things calm and organized behind the scenes was truly remarkable, and it made all the difference in making our day feel seamless. One of the most helpful aspects was her ability to speak Vietnamese, which was a massive benefit in communicating with our families and guests. It added a personal touch and helped bridge language barriers, ensuring everyone felt included and understood during such a momentous occasion. This was especially important for our family; we are so grateful for that extra effort. Above all, she was highly professional in everything she did. From managing multiple vendors to ensuring that our timeline flowed smoothly, her professionalism and organizational skills truly shined. There are truly not enough words to describe how amazing Ann and her team are. She and her team made our dream wedding a reality!! From our first meeting all through our recap texts the day after the wedding, Ann was nothing but kind, calm, and efficient. We hired Ann and her team for day-of coordination and right off the bat, I loved how Ann took the time to get to know both me and my now husband in asking us what was important to us on the wedding day. It is so comforting to know that your coordinator cares about your big day as much as you do!! Her communication was always timely and clear, setting clear expectations so there was no room for misunderstanding or miscommunication. As a Type A bride, I had lots of questions and concerns leading up to the big day and Ann addressed every single one!! On the day of, she was like the human embodiment of a calm cool and collected fairy god mother. She made sure everything ran smoothly and was so calm even in the chaos of 7 girls getting ready and crying their eyeballs out. Also huge shoutout to Ann's team because the second the venue was revealed to us, our jaws DROPPED. Everything was set up to perfection and was truly everything we envisioned and more. All through the night Ann and her team were helping ensure everything went smoothly and we are forever grateful. After the wedding we got so many compliments from my parents and wedding party about how awesome Ann and her team was. We met Ann while touring our wedding venue location. After meeting her via Zoom for our initial meeting, it was an easy decision to go forward with her for day of coordination. She had my full trust from the beginning. She had made our wedding day absolutely seamless, and I can't imagine not having her along side us through the long day. Their kindness, professionalism, and warmth made a difficult time so much easier, and I am beyond grateful for the experience. The venue itself is stunning, elegant, light, airy, and uplifting, which was exactly what we wanted for this occasion. The room's clean, timeless aesthetic required little decoration, yet it felt warm and intimate. The table spacing was perfect, offering both comfort and closeness for our guests. The accommodations were top-notch. The team provided a large screen and laptop for our video montage, a cable to play personal music through the in-house speaker system, as well as a microphone and podium. They even supplied an easel for our loved one's portrait and an additional table for photographs, ensuring that every personal touch was seamlessly integrated. The linen selection was extensive, but we opted for classic all-white linens, which complemented the elegant setting beautifully. The service was impeccable. Ana and Bryana were not only responsive, professional, and incredibly accommodating, but also genuinely kind and authentic, a quality that extended to the entire staff. They ensured that everything ran smoothly, and their attention to detail did not go unnoticed. The water and tea pitchers were always full, plates were cleared discreetly, and the overall hospitality was second to none. The food was exceptional, our guests couldn't stop raving about it! While everything was incredibly delicious, the Waldorf salad, fresh vegetables, warm rolls, chicken and cookies were particular standouts. It's almost impossible to find a meal of this caliber for just $30 per person, making it not only a beautiful event but an outstanding value. Logistics were effortless. The club's entrance was easily accessible, parking was a breeze, and the staff even allowed me early access to set up table centerpieces and our photograph table. Set-up and breakdown were seamless, handled efficiently and professionally. If I had to describe this experience in one word: EXCEPTIONAL! The level of care, service, and quality provided by Mile Square Golf Course exceeded every expectation. I was deciding between venues and ultimately went with Venue by Three Petals per the astounding recommendation of a bride who also had hers here in 2021. Having had my wedding in September 2023, I can definitely attest to the great things that have been said about this venue. Planning a wedding of ~250 guests was definitely not the easiest thing to do but I was so lucky to have worked with Jenn throughout the process. She has been instrumental from beginning to end. Her professionalism, attention to detail, patience, and accommodations... The accolades go on! She knew what little pieces to add to make the wedding really stand out. Her work with the floral chandelier was amazing! I had given her the floral design deck provided by my florist and she did such an outstanding job with coordinating it. My guests can not stop raving about the food and the generous portions!! We opted for seven courses that included the hors d'oeuvres and it was one of the best decisions I've made. I loved that they packaged all the courses for my husband and I to take home. Honestly, I wish I was a guest at my own wedding because I wanted more. LOL. Also, the drinks? Amazing. Incredibly glad we invested quite a bit into the bar! The lychee-tini was my signature drink while my husband's was the tuxedo mule. They were definitely a big hit. The bartenders were so kind! Hands down one of the most creative, dreamy, special ways to spend my mom's 50th birthday. The…read moresurprise was for her, but I was extra surprised myself. Booking the event was extremely easy, I read other reviews about the planners not reaching out prior to the event, but the truth is that you don't really need to hear from them. All of the plans are in writing when you sign the agreement, the location and time are set prior to the date (also in writing). The day the event, the crew reached out and let me know they were setting up along with texting me a location pin. The Picnic Collective went above and beyond with the details. The flowers were beautiful, the grazing boards were delicious, everything was absolutely beautiful! I purchased the sandwiches for each guest and they were yummy. The only extra things I brought myself were a cake and alcohol. (mini champagne bottles and seltzers along with a trash bag to keep the alcohol bottles out of sight :) They provide pretty glass looking cups and it made us feel extra fancy. The blue tooth speaker was a nice touch to set the mood with music. Overall 10/10 I would hire them again for another special occasion. I was so happy with everything. If your picnic is at the beach like most are, I recommend arriving 30min early, plan ahead because parking is a mother. One thing that would be helpful would be the communication after requesting and placing a deposit. Everything was done online via email, but I would have loved to actually speak or text with a live representative during that time and after they asked for the final payment before the actual day. They also asked for a tip prior to the day, but we opted to tip on the day because again, I had already paid for the entire experience before the experience. Thanking God it all worked out!
