I used Fun Services at my job for my 4th of July event. I oversee a very large family fun fest for this holiday and this year we decided to make the kid zone bigger and better. I had used fun services on a smaller scale in another city I worked for, and they were always good to work with. But this year with my current city, I was beyond impressed. The city I currently work for has very stringent requirements for contracts, insurance and workers comp policies. Fun services got me everything I needed to send to my city attorney within days of asking for it. The customer service was amazing and they were punctual at my event. We ordered: 10 carnival style booths with games 1 trackless train 1 interactive basketball inflatable 1 twenty-four foot inflatable slide 1 rock wall with 2 acro bungees They set everything up in a timely manner. I can't even continue to express how great this whole experience was. We will definitely be using Fun Services again! read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. This company takes advantage of children's innocence. They set up at my child's school for a holiday boutique, and my daughter, without my knowledge, took $100 from her piggy bank and spent over $80 on what are supposed to be "presents." These items are not only ridiculously overpriced, but they are also completely worthless. The products provided by Fun Services are low-quality and, honestly, seem like trash. On top of that, there was no new inventory to choose from. I truly feel that my 8-year-old was scammed, and I am disgusted by the predatory practices of this company. Preying on children and taking advantage of their excitement for the holidays is beyond unethical. This feels like a deliberate effort to exploit young kids and their parents for profit, and I will never support a company that operates in such a manner. read more

We rented 3 holes of miniature golf, inflatable chip shot and table/chairs for my husband's party. I communicated with Scott throughout the entire process and he was very responsive and helpful. Fun Services put on our company Family Picnic this past weekend. Jerry made planning our event easy! Victor and his team ran the day of event. They were on time and very professional. Fun Services has just about anything you could want when it comes to planning a party or event. I met them a couple years ago at an elementary school carnival I had a booth at and they had the entire field filled with games, rides and all sorts of attractions and it was packed with kids. After talking with them that day I have used them on a smaller scale for single birthdays and things of that nature. I have meet both Scott and Jerry from Fun Services and they are great people really looking to go the extra mile to make your event top notch. They can take your company picnic or special event to a whole different level with their outstanding midway games and they can even provide concessions! OMG I rented a cotton candy and a popcorn machine for my daughters carnival party and forgot to pick it up on time. Knowing that Fun Services is closed on Saturdays I was totally freaking out because what's a carnival without popcorn and cotton candy!!??? Called Fun Services for a private casino party event with about a month to go. They "booked" me by saying that they had me on the books for the tables but were waiting to get the dealers to man them. Assured me not to worry and would send a contract once the dealers were confirmed. I called a week and a half later, chatted their online service to ask about the status of the event since I hadn't received any contract to sign. Online service can't access events and left a note for the business to call me. Never received a call. A couple days later, called Fun Services and they said they were still waiting for dealers but assured me that I was "on the books" and he'd send a contract the next day. 2 days later, no contract so I called again and they said that unfortunately, they couldn't get the dealers and were not able to do my event a week and a half out. They did give me the number to another company, which I called, but no one picked up the phone. I wish I had the experience that so many of the other posters had but maybe manned casino parties are not as easy for them to plan. Thankfully, I was able to find another company to go with on such short notice. I gave 1 star because though they did say they were still looking for dealers, they made false assurances verbally saying I was "on the books" and to "not worry, we'll send out a contract". Customer service needs some work to not verbally promise things they can't deliver and string potential customers along. Regarding: Private Birthday Casino Party requiring tables and dealers. Pro: Friendly Cons: Not returning phone calls, verbally promising contracts but not sending them, not reliable for "Manned" events with less than 30 days time frame. I also purchased a yelp deal which really made this company seem legit and convinced me that if they had yelp deals set up, they were very organized and confident about their services to put out a yelp deal. Now I will need to find out how to get a refund since I will not be using their services after all. read more

I searched and searched for this company on Yelp because I have been soooooo thoroughly happy working with them on my daughter's carnival themed 1st birthday party, that I have wanted to just tell the world - GO WITH THESE GUYS!!!! lol learn from me...I can't tell you the issues and just terrible customer service I've experienced during this planning process. We had a death in the family and the funeral wound up being on the original birthday date...so we had two weeks change up all of our plans and still plan an extremely thorough event. I emailed Scott 1.5 weeks before the event, just plain desperate. He called me right away and literally told me, "even if your event were tomorrow, we'd find a way to help you." *Sigh* I've expressed my thankfulness to him so many times, I am certain he has to be tired of hearing it. haha! They're even dropping the items off now (Thursday) for our Saturday event...I just can't say it enough...Thank you sooooo much to Scott and Fun Services! You MADE this party happen!
