Show me, don't tell me you are a decent human being. After the job was 25% finished, he called on a friday to tell me that the job was going to cost at least double and maybe more than he had quoted me. We stopped right there. I had the other 75% of the job completed for less than I was billed by this company to do the first quarter of the job. I offered to pay the labor contractor for the work they had completed but the saleperson refused and said they would bill me later. I said I was uncomfortable with him leaving their supplies on my property especially when I did not order them and I did not want to be responsible for a large box of what he says was thousands of dollars worth of materials. He said he would come pick it up and he finally did - a week later with no notice at all. The day before this project began, the salesman sent me to buy a refurbished part for my irrigation pump that was $170. I knew just by looking at it that it was not a necessary or even an appropriate part for the pump. Instead I bought a $16 valve the next day and it works great. Where this guy came from, I do not know but lesson learned, do not do business with people who say things like, "I don't think you understand ma'am" so I am going to try to take complete advantage of you by pretending to be a "self proclaimed good Christian."

When you purchase premium agricultural equipment, you expect premium engineering, quality control and customer support. Instead, I experienced poor workmanship, inadequate quality assurance and a complete lack of accountability when problems arose. The Guardian Ag Cab was marketed as a premium product designed for demanding agricultural conditions, but my experience has been the opposite. Issues arose due to improper installation of the battery that wore a hole in the air conditioning condenser of this tractor after 14 months of operation. The aforementioned companies hid behind the 12-month warranty and all they could say is sorry and send money. That issues developed should never have occurred on equipment at this age. As we all know latent defects will supersede warranties. Rather than taking responsibility of the problems, responsibility seemed to be shifted from one company to another, leaving the customer caught in the middle with the resolution other than fix it myself. Linder Equipment Company did not provide the level of service or advocacy I expected from an "authorized dealer". A dealer should stand behind the products they sell and work aggressively to resolve legitimate customer concerns. Instead, I found communication frustrating, and no problem resolution. When a customer invests almost $100,000 in equipment, they deserve prompt attention, competent repairs and companies willing to stand behind their products--not excuses or finger-pointing. What has been most disappointing is that none of these companies appeared willing to take any responsibility for ensuring the customer received what was promised: safe, reliable, properly functioning equipment without obvious latent manufacturing defects. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend purchasing equipment equipped with a Guardian Ag cab through Linder Equipment Company unless these companies demonstrate a much stronger commitment to product quality, customer service, and accountability after the sale. I advice anyone taking in work to linders to deal with Spencer. I won't give no less then 5 stars to Linders because they are the best of the best in the brands they sell. I can't and won't bad mouth such a great dealership cause of one ignorant person who works there. We hope one day Troy will have the heart to send that bad seed down the road.

With all 27 holes filled and 366 players, we had a lot of logistics to manage, including heavy traffic and transporting guests from an extra farm-field parking area. Eddie was fantastic in helping us get the right equipment on short notice. We rented one 6-person and two 4-person people movers, which made a huge difference in safely and quickly moving people to and from the event. They also helped us with extra golf carts to keep water and supplies moving throughout the tournament. They let us come out and select the carts, cleaned everything up, delivered them ready to use, and handled pickup/transport back afterward. They were also gracious enough to do this as an in-kind Bronze Star sponsor, which meant so much. No itemized repair statement snd the clutch (the main reason I took the mower in) was not really addressed. I was told to bring it back if it didn't work. I was able to mow 6 inches at a time 3 times to mow the lawn. I am done there. Will not return.
