When we take pieces in to be cleaned for free, they always check the diamonds and other stones with prongs to make sure that they are still strong and secure. We wont go anywhere else for any thing. When I have something that needs repairs, I only take it to Browns. Because I have seen the horrible repairs done by the other local shops and they were terrible. More than one person has taken previously 'repaired' items to Brown's because the repair was horribly done, and needed to be fixed. When I get my repairs back, they are is as good as new, and sometimes better! I have only purchased from Brown's Custom, as they continuously have new and beautiful pieces. If you want brand new pieces, estate jewelry, simple pieces, or all out custom pieces-Browns is the only place where I would shop. He is a true craftsman, and can make a custom piece to your tastes and requests!
