My watch battery went out and I saw an open sign on the door. Married owners were in the lobby. They were very friendly and welcoming. I asked if they could put a new battery in my watch, it had just died. Right away they said sure. As the husband went to take care of my watch, the wife and I had very good conversation. Couple customers came to pick up items. I saw special designed Jewelry that were uniquely designed and oh so precious as I was waiting. Not only did they cleaned my watch,the wife also offered to clean my wedding band, which I was very pleased. I can't explain how much I enjoyed coming into their store. I most definitely be back.
