Unfortunately, the posted signage was unclear as to which parking spaces belonged to which business, which led to the misunderstanding. Despite this situation being completely out of Fresno Coin Gallery's control, the owner demonstrated exceptional kindness and professionalism. He personally drove me to the tow yard to retrieve my vehicle and then to the insurance office so I could obtain a copy of my registration, as I had recently renewed it and did not yet have the physical copy. In addition, he paid the $600 towing fee out of his own pocket. This experience speaks volumes about his integrity and commitment to customer service.
