It's a tiny shop but offers so many products for your spiritual needs. There are crystals, candles, spell kits, tarot and oracle decks, aromatherapy, incense, natural soaps and bath salts, loose teas, herbs, sage smudge items, jewelry and Ashley offers spiritual services too. Some of the crystal towers I bought were a little more expensive than I have seen on Etsy shops but I am happy to support a local small business.

Upon entering me and gf were welcomed in and were surprised/ impressed with the amount of variety of crystals available. The use of the space was really good and the placements of items was very organized. The ladies present were very helpful and personable. We spoke for some time and the energy/vibe was positive. There was also a shaman present from one of the adjacent businesses and we all engaged in conversation regarding spiritual ideas, chakras and crystals. We were given a discount on our crystals and they even gave us a free crystal with purchase which was also a bonus. He was careful with the rain and ensured we were able to load the truck in a spot that would keep the furniture piece dry. This store sells quality furniture for good prices. This piece in a different store could have easily gone for 500-600 dollars but they don't do that here. They sell quality pieces for good prices.

On July 2, I visited Jackson Jeweler to have the clasp on my son's Cuban link necklace repaired. I…read morewas assisted by Charles Jackson, who informed me that the repair would be completed within 24 hours and instructed me to return on July 3 at 2:00 p.m. to pick up the necklace. He also wrote "2:00 p.m. pickup" on my receipt. Based on that promise, I paid $60 for the repair, which included the $30 repair fee plus an additional $30 tip because I was assured the work would be completed by the following day. When I returned on July 3 at approximately 1:50 p.m., I found a notice on the door stating that the business had closed at 1:30 p.m. that day. Since July 4 was a national holiday, the store remained closed, forcing me to wait until July 6 to retrieve my necklace. On July 6, I sent my daughter inside to pick up the necklace while I waited in the car. She called me on FaceTime because the employees attempted to give her a necklace that did not belong to us. I then went inside and provided my claim ticket along with photographs of my son's necklace to prove ownership. I made it clear that I would not leave without the correct item. During this interaction, I spoke with a female employee while Charles Jackson sat in the back, listening to the conversation but making no effort to assist. He acted as though he did not recognize me or remember the transaction. After reviewing the photographs and documentation I provided, the employee stated she would continue searching for my necklace and would call me if she located it. Because I was not willing to leave without my property and indicated that I would contact law enforcement if necessary, another employee eventually stepped forward and stated that he remembered repairing the necklace. He then located it in a drawer. Shockingly, my necklace had been placed in an envelope bearing another customer's name. Not only was my necklace not ready at the promised pickup time despite my paying an additional tip for expedited service, but I was also nearly given someone else's property. Throughout the entire ordeal, no one apologized for the inconvenience, the mishandling of my jewelry, or the distress this situation caused. This experience demonstrated an alarming lack of professionalism, organization, and accountability. Entrusting customers' valuable jewelry to the wrong envelopes creates a serious risk of loss or theft and is completely unacceptable. Based on my experience, I believe Jackson Jeweler failed to provide the level of care and customer service that consumers should reasonably expect.
