Luckily, I found it while cleaning, and my husband found The Diamond Gallery on Yelp. We were greeted by Brandon, who welcomed us with a level of warmth and genuine customer care. He was so friendly and welcoming. He inspected my ring within a minute with complete confidence, confirmed it my band is platinum with intact prongs, and explained they could set the loose diamond, tighten the prongs, reshape the band, and clean it for $35. I couldn't believe the pricing! I was quoted $500 at Orloff, but for only prong tightening (my diamonds were loose during that consultation). I got my ring back a few days later, and it looks absolutely flawless and I barely recognized it! It was stunning; I was so blown away by the quality of work and exceptional service that I voluntarily paid double his quoted price. I shared my experience and the incredible care I received with a few coworkers. One of them actually visited a jeweler recently and was thrilled--she said her engagement ring came back looking even better than when she first got it.
