My daughter totally loves this store. They usually have a buy three get three free on certain items or buy one get second half off. My daughter is always finding cute jewelry, headbands, notebooks. We usually come here when we are in the area. Her first go to are the earrings. They have quite a big selection of earrings. They also have free ear piercings with a choice of selected pair of earrings. Staff are usually pretty nice and most of the time walking around to check on customers or to hand them a caring basket for their items for purchase. I would give ZERO STARS! Disrespectful workers!!! I went to get my one year old daughter's ears pierced and waited for more than half an hour as one of the employees told me to wait. Customers were coming in and both employees stayed at the cashier helping every single customer coming in while I wait. When there was ONE CUTOMER LEFT, BOTH WORKERS were helping that ONE customer while I'm waiting!! I asked if one can pierce my daughters ear. Nothing but rudeness come out of their mouths. I was told if I can't wait then just leave. Was I afraid of my one year old having her ears pierced by them, YES DEFINITELY!!! And I left. I'm not sure if I was being treated differently for who I am but one thing for sure, going to Claire's at fashion fair mall was a COMPLETE DIFFERENCE. I was welcomed by the employees in fashion fair mall and treated me sweetly. The employees at Riverpark Claire's ignored me and treated me poorly While they treated everyone else great and helped them quickly. I felt like I was being treated differently because of who I am. Good customer service and selection of product! This is a great location for this store and I only wish it were here when I was growing up. We stopped by on the weekend to do an exchange of some seasonal decor and a large family was at the entrance watching a child have their ears pierced. The kid wasn't screaming so I'm guessing the girl working there did a good job! When we got to the checkout area we didn't see another store associate so we looked around for a bit. I spotted another associate sitting on the floor at the back restocking the wall and asked if she could take care of us at checkout and she was happy to oblige. I love the positive attitudes of the gals who work here - it makes it fun to come in here whether you are 10 and having your ears pierced or a grandma finding new hairpieces with your adult children! read more

I went in today to buy a new bracelet for my daughter that sadly, I accidentally broke while taking the tag off. The girl who was working at counter was very sweet and kind to my two daughters. I told her why we were back for the same bracelet and she grabs scissors and she offered me take off the tag on the new bracelet so I wouldn't have difficulties again. That was very sweet! As we were leaving, she came and helped open the door for us( I was lugging a stroller and it got stuck as we were trying to leave). She was talking to other customers and greeting as people came in. She was extremely personable and had a great attitude. It's so rare to find these days. It's those types of things that keep a customer coming back. I had an extremely long day but, she managed to put a smile on a tired mamas face! I wish I got her name before leaving but I hope this message gets to her! We came in around 7:30 pm today so I hope that helps to narrow down the girl who helped me! We will definitely be back for such awesome customer service and going above and beyond! Good selection on items. Customer service sucks! One of the girls seemed like she did not want to be there. Manager please have the girls learn about what customer service is about. Receipt had no cashier name so I had no time to check on her name tag. She was working on Thursday 4/15 around 5:30 ish. Really bad attitude when checking people out. Came to this location for earrings, and had a terrible experience with the staff. At checkout, we were asked to donate money to whatever cause it was. When we said no, they condescendingly asked why we didn't want to donate. I ended up rounding my change out to donate that just so they'd stop asking. I can honestly say. This place has the worst customer service. The manager let her associates run the place. As I was speaking to the associate CHARLA? SHE WALKED AWAY FROM ME AS I WAS TALKING TO HER!! The manager just said ok, as I was letting her know what the employee done to me. Not one of these girls wanted to help me. This is a company I been shopping at for a decade+. They need someone with a backbone to be a leader and show her employees the correct way to have and succeed in customer service! DO NOT GET YOUR EARS PIERCED AT CLAIRE'S!!!! When the girl pierced my ears she damaged the white gold earrings I had purchased with the piercing! I paid almost $100.00 for both pairs and when notifying them about the damage, they told me they would have to remove the damaged earrings, take them back and then replace them with a new pair, with the chance of possibly having to pierce me again if they close! Um no thanks, why should I have to get my ears pierced again if they damaged the earrings in the first place? They should replace the earrings at their expense because they messed up! Not to mention, I also spent another $60.00 in the store on other merchandise and my friends spent another $100.00 there as well! I have now went through corporate to make this right because the store manager Yvette would not help me at all and was extremely rude! They have great customer service and try to help. However, I've had a bad experience here that is completely permanent. I've gotten my ears pierced here in October 2016 when they were in the now "White Barn" location. My mother thought they'd be trusted and that was all she could afford at the time. I followed directions and didn't pay attention much on how it looked. I thought they looked fine. About a year and half after getting it done, I realized that they were completely uneven. My left earlobe looked spot on perfect. However, my right was so close to the bottom of the lobe that a little tear would make it rip completely. I wore the same small stud earrings they gave me, so it couldn't have been heavy earrings. Not only that, dangly earrings aren't my thing. I've always been very careful with my ears, so I couldn't have ripped them myself. I would've felt it. If you want to get your ears pierced, get it by a trusted individual who works at a tattoo shop and get it done by needle. Piercing guns increase the chances of getting uneven piercings and close up videos have shown that chunks of your skin flies out in the process. The healing process is much longer too. Please do your research before going to places like this. Keep buying your jewelry or such here. However, I'd never recommend anyone to get their ears pierced here. read more

We had my daughter's 8th birthday here today and I have nothing but positive things to say about our experience. The staff was incredibly nice, very well prepared, so accommodating and patient, even among all the chaos of half a dozen 8 year old girls being crazy and enjoying all the activities and their parents. The party was priced better than anything else in the valley that I've found and it is worth every single penny! We all got some incredible deals and walked out with tons of merchandise for next to nothing! I believe one of the girls was named Shayna(sorry for the spelling) and I didn't catch the other names but they were great too!
