I told her that they didn't have the size on the shelf I was looking for and she gave me the excuse, "if it's not on the shelf then we don't have it." She ended up walking with me to the section to see if she could order it online for me but ended up realizing that her system shows they do have the size in stock so she told me she would check (on her own free will) which I did appreciate. After 15 minutes of waiting, we noticed she was just going around the store doing other things like chatting with coworkers and opening/closing other boxes of shoes for fun so we realized she was literally just ignoring us. We decided to pay for the other shoes I had and I told the girl Jennifer at the register about the bad experience and how Sofia never came back to give us an update but Jennifer also didn't seem to care. I truly wouldn't have cared if they had them or not, the issue that really bothered me was Sofia didn't communicate effectively and left us waiting there for 15 minutes after she was clearly dilly dallying. All in all, gen z workers here who have no customer service or communication skills. I wouldn't recommend going if you need help bc they'll just give you a blank stare and offer no help/solutions on top of ignoring you.

terrible customer service from the get go…read more I reached out regarding an item they were selling on their story, they gave me a price of $40 . I told them I wanted it, they said they only can sell it in store. I was okay with that, and told them I would be there that same day. I show up to the Pleasanton location (which was 38 miles away from me) to find out that no it wasn't there and 2 that now they wanted $200 for the item. I asked them why they would have me come there if it wasn't there and they all thought it was funny for one, and 2 gave me a response of "show and tell". I don't understand how this place is even in business, it's like a ghost town anytime I've come in the store, the people are so rude and not welcoming at all. Honestly to be laughed at by people you planned to give your hard earned money to is incredibly insensitive and disrespectful. The staff are super helpful and offer to help bring your stuff to the front if you're overloaded with boxes. They even offer to take out boxes for purchases to make carrying them outside easier. Good call! I was able to score a few pairs during this fire sale. Makes me sad to think they're clearing all inventory and wonder about the fate of this particular location even though the news articles mentioned this of 1 of 2 outlet locations staying open while the full price stores in the US close. I really hope this company is able to turn itself around and stick around. I've always really enjoyed how comfortable these are, even if they wear quickly and generate way too much static walking around the mall.

They do not honor returns this store is terrible. The ladies that ring you up do not even look at you, they are also rude. The Nordstrom rack in San Leandro has better customer service. If I can give one star it would have been nice
