This store is chock full of all the products you expect, but I think it's the employees that really set it apart from the store in the mall. I was immediately greeted and offered a basket when I walked in. As I sniffed candles, Anthony came by and offered his assistance. He was great about figuring out what I liked in scents and making suggestions that were spot on. He checked in on me when he saw me wandering around the store. And even though it was busy ($9.95 3-wick candle sale!), the cashier was super friendly as well. Never did it feel like I was being rushed or that they were too overwhelmed to be cheerful and helpful. The store was busy but not so packed you couldn't comfortably move around while carrying a basket. This is my B&BW of choice!

This review is specifically about Chavan aka Mrs. C. who manages this location. I met her when…read morethe store 1st opened and shopped very frequently there being that it was very close to home. I was stocking up on a stockpile of B&B Works because I was preparing to move very far away and where I was going there aren't any B&B Works. She was fantastic at helping me prepare for my cross country move and helping select all of the best products for our new place. I observed her wonderful way of making people feel welcome and helped the way she treated them when they came in. She has a genuine smile and pleasant greeting. Her staff are a reflection of her management style. They are enthusiastic and well trained to be as pleasant and helpful as can be. It's been almost 2 years and I found out today she is still there. It doesn't surprise me. I am glad because she deserves this review. Great people skills aren't easily found and one of the keys to a successful business. I enjoyed shopping at this particular store because of her attention to the details. All of the products she and her staff helped me package over those several months of shopping have survived the move and still smell as fantastic as the day I bought them. Thank you Chavan! :)

I did needed help about my online coupon in my account and when I did end up buying stuff, I didn't have a problem redeeming it, which was great! I also needed help searching for a travel size fragrance mist. I went to search on the wall where it's usually displayed "Life's a Fairytale" but didn't see the travel size, one of the associates took me around the store to look for it and we did end up finding it, in a very hidden spot. Such a great experience! Overall, I would come back again!
