Aiden was my Sales Rep - he did an excellent and friendly job! After wearing them for a few days, my heels were aching. I stopped wearing the Hokas - the pain was gone in a day. No one made me buy them or pushed me into them - I did that all on my own. I decided to go back to the store a few days later to ask if there was anything that could be done about my heel problem. Manager Ashley helped me greatly - she listened, she helped me select a different shoe (one with less "drop") and she exchanged the Hokas for a different brand that are working fantastic - no more heel pain. The Customer Service was excellent and friendly, and I'm very happy. Fleet Feet has made a customer for life out of me! Some days I love this place, and some days I just can't find what I'm looking for. The selection ranges from top of the line to fast fashion.
