I tried to buy my friend a gift for her 18th birthday, I go in this store for the first time and I…read morebuy a pair of pants that I thought might be cute, however I knew if they did not fit her I would return them as the pants would not fit me and they were $70 that was supposed to go toward her. I informed the workers who I was looking for and that it was a gift, not once did anybody bring up a "return policy" however I ended up seeing it on the receipt the day I went to return them 6 days later(which is within the 14 day return policy.) I walk in the store and talk to the man at the counter and explain that the pants don't fit and I would like a refund. I had my receipt, tags on the pants, and aside from when I finally gifted the pants to her and she tried them on, they have only been in a clean bag that I had also bought that day. The man seemed as if he would give me a refund as well but then says they smell of cigarettes, which they absolutely do not, but even if so I explained that if we can't wash them them that is not our fault whatsoever. But like I said we do not smoke and the pants have been in a smoke free car ever since we found out they didn't fit. The man sends me out the store and leaves me confused because whatever he is smelling neither I nor my friend can smell, because they are brand new and again we do not smoke, nor should someone be expected to alter how the environment they are in smells to accommodate a pair of pants that we aren't even sure will fit. I called the store multiple times with being sent to voicemail Everytime, and eventually resulted to e-mailing the business, I approach the situation as detailed and respectful as I can and it has been several days with no reply. Makes me think they are purposefully avoiding my email so they can tell me it is past the 14 day return policy. It makes me feel like they are just finding any ways to keep money even if it means bad business, it shows greed, unprofessionalism, lack of communication, lack of accountability, and it did not do anything but take my money and leave me with pants that will not fit anybody. I wouldnt even be making this review if they would have answered my email trying to find a middle ground or some form of understanding, even if they respectfully declined my request to return and explained exactly why would be better than being completely ignored. I've debated going back into the store, however the only reason I would even go back at this point is to say this which I have said to you guys about 3 times now all in different forms of communication. You cannot say I have not tried or have not been respectful about this situation and you choose to "reply" with silence. I would not bring my business back here ever, which is sad to say because I really do like the female employees there, all very accommodating and welcoming, the man at the front and whoever is in charge of answering emails is who I am directing this message to as those are the only 2 factors of this store that have absolutely repelled me to spend money at the establishment again. I have been more than understanding, more than patient, giving u multiple days in between reaching out to get back to me, but it is very clear how this business operates based off how I have been treated. I'm not sure if it is because of how I look, maybe the color of my skin, or if you treat all your customers with disregard because based on the reviews many people like this store, hence why I shopped there in the first place, but I have received nothing but bad service since going in to make my return

The ever-changing inventory and set-up are similar to those of TJ Maxx and Burlington. However, I find Ross probably to be the least extravagant of the 3. This store tends to be messier, has longer lines, the quality of clothing is a little less acceptable, bathrooms are often locked [which is annoying], and sometimes there is an unpleasant smell inside. With that being said, if you take the time to look through the racks of clothing, you're sure to find something exceptional, and at a reduced price! I used to go here all the time for socks. I could get 5 3-packs for under $30. And the brand was Under Armour. This store can get crowded relatively fast, so come early in the morning. That's when I've noticed there are only handfuls of customers in the store. Service is excellent. I've returned clothes here before that just didn't work for me without hassle or interrogations. And the good news is that they'll accept a return even if you bought it from a Ross in a different city. Hold on to your receipt, please.

It's got very easy parking and the store is always very orderly and clean. The sales associates are always really nice, friendly and helpful. They have really good sales and often. You can also order online and if it's not a final sale item, you have the option to return it to this location which is really convenient and makes it much less stressful to place online orders. Highly recommend this location. They're doing everything right here. Violet was the girl who helped my daughter and she is an absolute asset to this company. She was really knowledgeable and friendly.

On my visit today I was helped by Lilian on the floor when I was struggling to look for a specific item and was given the best answer for what I needed. They took their time to give me the best information so that I could make the proper decision on my purchase. As I got to the register, I was greeted by Lily who had great, positive energy and great customer service. My trip today couldn't have gone any smoother. The location owner is very lucky to have a solid, hardworking team!

I've been using their internal return emails feature--there is no phone number or customer service available--for over a month, and I've been greeted with only silence. I've submitted three emails a week apart and I waited another week to submit reviews, hoping for a response. I'll update my review if they ever do respond. Don't order if a wrongly sized random t-shirt bothers you. My husband is 6'5" and wears an XXL--for the length. He can't wear a size S.
