Who else would you call other than the person who installed it? I have the handwritten invoice and photos of a septic pipe just above ground and as I said, tied to trees. ALL I asked is if he would come up and have a look. When I told the rest of the crew who I hired to do the septic, they all groaned and told me what a mistake I had made, but I have already give him $4000. He has no conscience. His team showed up, and when I arrived to see how things were going, I noticed that their truck had damaged the asphalt driveway. It was a pretty extensive job, digging two holes, one on the street, one on my property, then SDR 17 pipe was pulled from my property to the main. The Seaside city required the work to include paving the street with 20 ft by 10 ft asphalts to covered the hole on the street. That had took the whole day, but it was beautifully done. The material and amount of work required was actually more than the estimate, but Carlos stuck with the price of the bid. I really appreciate Carlos work ethic. I had worked with several contractors and they had all charged me additional cost on top of the bids. I would recommand Carlos for his professionalism, great communication and honesty.

Adam came out, assessed the situation and came up with a plan that wouldn't drain our bank account. He and his crew dug a new French Drain, installed a water barrier on the concrete wall, then installed a 'catch basin' outside which captured the water from the French Drain to take it off the property via yet another drainage system. In addition, they installed a sump pump and drain under the cottage so that if any subsurface water rose up, it would be drained off as well. That was seven years ago and everything is still working as anticipated. Adam and his crew are amazing and their work ethic is among the best we've ever encountered. He communicated with both of us and let us know what was gonna happen. They de-limbed the tree, took the tree out and ground the stump out. They were the only company to bid taking out the tree, utilizing the wood, selling it to big Creek and in return taking that portion of money off my bill. All of the other companies were going to grind the tree, which seemed like a waste to me. They cleaned up the yard on both my neighbors side and my side, even doing a little bit of landscape on the neighbor side to make it look nice putting everything back to better than it was.
