We had an old redwood patio that need to be replaced. We had three quotes, ranging from $12K to $28K to $33K. After much research, discussing with previous customers and seeing the work Systems Pavers had done we went with the more expensive quote. We were assigned zeb as out sales consultant. Who has a back ground in design, and together we worked out a practical and attractive patio. He suggested sit walls, curved steps ,lights an inner boarder of a darker color, and root guards for the tree in the edge of the project. He came by numerous times with drawings, new ideas, and really went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied. Then we had Eli Ortiz as out project manager. He showed up before any thing was done, went step by step as to what was actually going to done and how they would do it. He stopped in daily to make sure every thing was to order. They had at least two crews, one to take out the old patio, one day, and then the other to do the prep work and then another to do the actual installation. We had Octavio,Juan, and Oscar through out the job. There were others who worked all very good, quiet and effeciently.We have had other jobs on other properties where the radios were high the talk loud, there was none of that here.They showed up did their job,cleaned up each night and left. The entire project was done on schedule,with no disruption to the daily activities of the home owners,by a crew that was both polite friendly and very hard working. This review was long due. System Pavers did both our Front Yard and Back yard renovations last summer. After few quotes, we decided to go with System Pavers to design our backyard. Scott came in and took a decent amount of time to put-together a design we immediately fell in love with. When the demo started, we all surprised to see huge chunk of metal strips under the concrete patio which previous owners had put it. Javier told me not to worry that he will take care of digging them out with no extra charge to us. Javier and his crew went on transforming our backyard with lots of details put into the design. Everyday was something new as the work progressed well. The final delivery came-in with breath-talking transformation! The attached pictures can tell the truth. Fast forward several months now, we called them last week about water clogging as one of the drainages were clogging. Javier came in today and took care of not just unclogging the drains and also went extra-mile to dig the dirt out our gardener had accidentally covered it clogging the drainage. This is the level of professionalism and top-notch customer service makes System Pavers stand out from the rest and we are so glad that we went with them for that extra peace of mind. System Pavers just completed a paver project in our front yard. I have to say Bill was great in getting us started in the process and guiding us through the planning and costing as we navigated several changes in our original plan. Bill was really helpful in keeping the project within our budget. Once we were on the schedule both Bill and Dan met with us to go over the plan specifics, marked out the yard and set a start date which was MONTHS ahead of any other estimate we had. AND their bid came in much less than the other estimates for the same work. Dan and his crew were a well oiled machine, starting on Monday and finishing the project on Thursday, even with the custom work around our fencing. Dan came out personally to do some touchup work a few days later just to make sure the project was exactly as we expected. I would whole heartedly recommend SP for any paver work you might be planning. Shop around but I don't think you'll find anyone as good and for such a reasonable price - large or small. First of all let me say that these people are expensive. Over what we planned for the project. But did they deliver the goods? Yes, they did...in spades! We went with them because I knew they could handle the superficial aspect AND the infrastructure. They had to take out the old tiles, AND the concrete underneath that AND the huge tree roots under that! Father and son team Miguel and Michael were our crew and Rio the project manager. In spite of it finally deciding to rain they brought the project to a close on time. Rio was there at least once a day but mostly twice and maybe even more. System Pavers even supplied a porta potty for the crew. Now that's being considerate of your employees. Chris was our designer and patiently explained EVERYTHING to us. We opted for lights set into the pavers on the walkway and they are spectacular! They give a senior citizen discount so ask for it! I told Chris and Rio that they were charging Nieman Marcus prices and we were expecting nothing less than N-M service. And they delivered. read more

System Pavers did a stunning job on our backyard and side patios - what a transformation! Mike helped us figure out the design, materials, and master plan (and answered our 1,000 questions). Dan was a fantastic project manager who was available every day either on site or via phone (and answered our 1,000 questions). The installation team members were polite, professional, paid close attention to detail, and worked tirelessly all day for three solid weeks, including some weekend days. Special call out to the team leader William, who was super patient (even when our crazy neighbor was yelling at the team about the dust) and kept things moving smoothly - he also had an amazing eye for design especially for some of the trickier, more custom areas. We had a very pleasant experience with the crew especially with our designer - Cecilia who was our primary contact from the onset. She was very professional and responsive. We have had 2 very big jobs done at our house by System Pavers. Both projects were lead by Dan Burnham. He and his team were great. The communication between them and us was clear and they worked hard to meet the timelines. The outcomes are tremendous. Like many projects, there may be a repair here or there. Only point I might add is that after signing the contract, there was no direct contact from SP confirming start date until a week before they began. I originally went with system pavers for my project and i'm glad i did. They were professional and the work turned out great. I recently had an issue with settling in a spot where there was a big hole to fill from my pool installation. Javier Rodriguez came out and looked at the issue and said he will get it taken care of right away. I told him no rush and the next week he had a crew come out and repair the settling. The repair turned out great. I must say that Javier helped me out again and i can't thank him enough. I had been dreaming of redoing my rear yard for over 20 years... System Pavers exceeded my expectations and I now enjoy a resort like yard retreat that I love! SP workers were always on time and respected my property and implementing my design ideas. The work included demolition, paver installation, turf installation and low voltage lighting- all together a 3 week job. I saw an ad on TV for this system and so I placed a call. I didn't know what to expect and was pleasantly surprised. Everyone concerned with my purchase and install of pavers and turf was top notch. From the time I first met Mike Virgallito to provide the estimate, to when Dan Burnham came to measure I experienced professionalism, knowledge and pleasantries. When the installers Ernesto and crew arrived, they worked in my yard for 3 days. Their work was exceptional and being a perfectionist I knew it would worry me. System Pavers did a beautiful job on my paver patios. The process was easy from start to finish. The workmanship was excellent and completed on time. Because of the volume of projects System Pavers does around the Bay my project did not have the paver supply lag time currently occurring for many landscapers (over a month to receive materials at Central Home Supply). My project was complete within a month of contacting System Pavers. Communication is so important and Mike and Dan were available to answer all my questions right away.
