Brandon and team just replaced my 960 sq. ft. deck. They're all very professional and Brandon is a perfectionist. All 3600 screws are perfectly aligned. The pics don't do it justice, it really came out beautiful! The permit process was PAINFUL, but Brandon was outstanding with following up with the county and keeping me in the loop. Just like every HGTV show, we had some issues. Some rotten siding, a door that needed replacing, and adding additional support for a potential hot tub. I hired Brandon to save me from a build-out nightmare! A contractor I hired for TI work on my business turned out to be a shady dealer who "did not include" many things in his contract that I read were supposed to be done. Brandon pickup up the slack and did an amazing job completing the finish work on my business and making it look beautiful! He went to Home Depot and sat patiently with the Kitchen designer specifying the cabinets I needed, making sure they were ordered correctly and he and Orlando installed them with meticulous attention to detail, even building a shim behind some of them and making sure the original contractor I hired wrapped a support post properly so that the look of the cabinet wall would not be compromised. Brandon brought in a top notch tile installer to lay the tile on the floors and walls in my business, making sure that everything was beautiful, up to code, and will last for years. When my original contractor informed me that FRP was also not in his scope of work, Brandon and Orlando jumped on that project too! Again, he went to Home Depot and picked up all necessary supplies to finish out my back of house dish sink and mop sink areas to stunning results! Time and again, Brandon has answered my call for help in a thoughtful, professional way with great attention to detail. He has always been there when he said he would; he has never let me down. I cannot recommend Brandon enough. He is professional, hard working, excellent with communication (phone AND email), and delivers high quality work. His pricing is very reasonable, especially taking the level of craftsmanship his crew delivered into consideration. All of the guys that Brandon hires are so pleasant to work with and operate with the diligence, respect, and quality that Brandon does. I hired him and his crew to install tile floors and cabinets for me. They executed both jobs within 3 weeks; their attention to detail is amazing! If we had any small issues with anything, like air bubbles in the tile grout, Brandon sent someone out to fix the job by the next day at the latest. I have to add that I had hired a sketchy contractor previously who was NEVER on the job himself (always sent a scapegoat on his behalf), continuously cut corners, chose cheap materials to save himself some money, refused to take responsibility for the actions of his crew, and was horrendous with communicating. Very happy with the work done and I'll be looking to hire them again for any additional work as needed in future. Their pricing seemed reasonable and they got through the work quickly and professionally. He answered my email within an hour, and it was probably even less than that, which was impressive especially considering he was in the middle of a large job. He came over, gave me an estimate on my smallish project, which was much lower than I thought it would be. He stayed on my job until completion. I've had the pleasure of working with Brandon in actual projects and those where he has worked in a consultive role (due to scheduling conflicts). Brandon is as thorough as they come. He applies great attention to detail (both in those you see, and the ones you'll never see). He is good in new construction but I've also been impressed in his ability to assess existing construction defects and how to repair them (my current home was built when anyone who could hold a hammer was considered a carpenter--much like these days). I hired Brandon and Orlando to do two major projects on a house I just bought. Since the house was built in 1934, I was worried about what would be uncovered. They completely redid the bathroom. Everything came out. They were able to do the construction properly as it should have been done years ago. I now have a beautiful bathroom and given that the bathroom is the size of a postage stamp, that wasn't easy to do. I liked their work so much, I hired them recently to redo the kitchen. It turned out beautiful. I am extremely happy. I like that Brandon kept me informed every step of the way (since I've been out of town for both remodels), sent me videos, and kept me informed via phone. I also like that absolutely everything is spelled out in the contract so you don't have project creep unless something unforeseen pops up.
