He did everything from insulating the walls, redoing all the plumbing, gas, electric, new chefs kitchen, built in home theater system, new bathrooms, restoring the oak floors, built a lovely flagstone patio... etc. What we liked best was how well he coordinated with other contractors. He took care of the whole process with minimal management on our part. My sister in law went though a major remodel about the same time and found she had to micromanage her contractor, who was never thinking ahead or coordinating with others. Robert did great work at a great price for minimal hassle. If you want it done right he is the man to see.

Sergio was easy to communicate with and was very responsive to our questions and requests. We basically shared Pinterest pictures of bathrooms that we liked and he helped us customize each piece. Smaller materials we were able to choose from Lowes.com, and larger materials, he shared with us as samples in person. His team was mindful of COVID concerns and wore masks in the house. They were able to come in through the garage and we had very little interaction throughout the day. If we had questions or concerns with any fixtures purchased or scrap materials left in the garage, Sergio was quick to address. We would love to have Constructsy re-do our master bathroom after COVID is less of a concern. They did amazing work and we've received so many compliments already!

Sam (the owner) was there each morning of the job, to make sure we understood the process - and he was so sweet with our young girls (bringing a beautiful black lab with him didn't hurt!) and he even offered to haul away some of the junk we had stacked up on the side yard, saved us a trip to the dump next weekend! thanks to ALL of the crew that worked so hard on our house, in the hot July sun! we really, really appreciate it!! it makes our house look so much younger - incredible. ~ peace, the byron family

First I was reluctant contact the company due to no review on yelp and not seen his work in real life. Since he was highly recommended by one of my best friend. He was very punctual with his appt which I really like. After we went through what I would like to do with our house and about he pricing (provided a quote 2 days later), which I found it's cheaper than most contractors (2 other companies) who quote it me. Everything he told me was upfront about he cost could incur more when the demolition is done. He was right! I have major termite eating which raised my cost a little bit more, but i know a head of time. Everything single installation, demo, design, paint, flooring, lights, faucet, he always show me what he is going to do and ask if am ok with it before he install it. To sum it all up, he is very thorough with everything he did for our house. He actually give us tons of recommendation about our custom and design with the trend in the market which I really like.
