The grey stuff doesn't add character...its fungus! This arbor needed attention and fast! It was attached to another structure that had a pre-existing stain color on it already. Rupert matched it exactly! After a good pressure washing and staining, the arbor looks like new! I am just delighted with the outcome. Even better was how well Rupert communicated with me about the project; I knew what was happening every step of the way. His follow up was terrific.
