The incredible attention to detail, help, commitment and professionalism from everyone at this company, fat surpasses most average customer experiences. We worked with Sam mostly and she literally held our hand every step of the way, welcoming all my questions, changes and indecisiveness of a first time remodel. I searched 3-4 stores for the best price on the tile for my home project. After looking at some…read morestores that inflated prices for their "showroom" or could't be bothered with helping me, I did my business with Louis. My tile came in before scheduled, I recieved my 2' x 2' tiles with no damages, and I got a fair price. Also, when we saw we had ordered a box or two short and the tile was coming from back east and had to be shipped, Louis got on it right away and made sure we had enough to finish the job with little to no lag time. Everytime a dealt with Louis, he was extemely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly! I WILL be going there to get tile for my next project even thoughit is a 35-40 minute drive for me. And......just for the record, I DO NOT do reviews until the job is completely finished.

After waiting 2 weeks I called and was told by the woman that the model I wanted was no longer available. Gee, she could've called and let me know. So, while she was on the phone I got out my tape measure and measured space to see if a larger one would work. Yes! It would work perfectly, so I told her to order the larger, more expensive one. Again she said she would check and call me the next day. No call. After a week I called her. She had no recollection of me ordering the larger one, she only remembered telling me the other one was no longer available. So, again, I asked her to order for me. Still no call back. Finally, I went to the website to look up the model number to buy it elsewhere and I saw that you can order online. I gave it one more try and filled out the order. That was Sept. 10, today is the 21st. Still nothing, no calls. I always try to purchase from local businesses first. That was my intention here. Since my attempts to order got no responses, I need to go somewhere else. I'm just glad I didn't have a refrigerator breakdown emergency and need a new one right away.
