His whole team did a great job, from demo, to installation. They even went above and beyond and fixed several things that I didn't even think of at no extra cost, taking into account household safety. Freddy was very reasonable to work with. He's a super busy business owner trying to run his business while also doing work in the field. A lot of the negative reviews on this site likely don't understand how difficult it is to do that. You gotta have a little bit of grace for his schedule and the other jobs they're juggling, but across the board he worked with me on timeline as we had just bought this house and wanted to move in as soon as possible, and was incredibly reasonable. From a price perspective he wasn't the cheapest, but he also wasn't the most expensive, and his prices seemed very reasonable for the quality of work. I highly recommend him. I have to say again, I think it's likely that negative reviewers here either 1) don't understand how the trades work, or 2) were likely very difficult to work with as a customer, which always makes it harder on the contractor. I worked for about 5 years as a project manager for a construction management company and can testify that there was nothing negative about my experience with Medina Construction, interacting with the young business owner, Freddy, his father, or any of his workers.
