I have asked for a vanity quote in person, and gotten promises to call me that never happened. Today, I went there in person again. Same woman than a prior visit showed me the catalog but immediately answered a phone call. I was ready with my questions but had to go around while waiting. "Tom" came and sat beside her, a new client came in, but Tom offered help to the new client. The woman noticed and told me she will be right with me. First off.....the guys at the store are super. I will say that the store is not the easiest to find but make the effort. They gave quality products and they will steer you in the right direction. The real star here though is Paul Rodriquez who was the installer. First off Paul returned my phone call within a few hours of me leaving a message. We met up the next day and I had a great feeling when I met him. From that moment forward he was my go to guy. He and his crew did a really great job, did it in a timely manner and the price was better then competitive. I can't say enough good things about this place. Friendly people, best advice, best customer service, best prices, best selection of tile, granite, and quartz. If you've ever shopped for tile or stone, you know how hard it is to make a decision. We must have visited several dozen times looking at granite. We took samples home, decided what we wanted, changed our mind, took home more samples, decided again, changed our mind again, an so on. Not once was there any pressure, or frustration with my indecision, or anything but patience and useful advice. We finally bought a kitchen full of pre-finished granite. The service and help didn't end there. They were with us all the say until the last piece was installed. We also bought some tile for our backsplash. Some of the trim pieces were not correct, but they worked with us to get the right materials and took back the trim we couldn't use. We shopped all over the Santa Cruz and Bay Area.
