When the flooring arrived, a few boxes had been damaged in shipment. Without us even asking, the delivery documents described the damage and offered a refund or credit. When it was time for me to see the flooring I ultimately chose, she left work and drove to the warehouse nearby with me to show it to me. Dan came out to measure and provided some good input, was very friendly and helpful. They matched a lower price per sq ft and got me my 1500 sq feet of flooring before I needed it.
