We knew we wanted new linoleum so we shopped around town & after seeing 5 showrooms we requested bids from 3 different places. Even though we had worked with Deborah 13 years ago (& she did a great job then) its a rule of ours to get at least 3 bids when it comes to making decisions for our home. I wish I can give this company 0 stars. 9 years ago we bought a fixer-upper and our real estate agent recommended Deborah to install the new tile in our kitchen. Deborah purchased the cheapest grout possible which began chipping and flaking within a month of installation. A year later we remodeled a bathroom and had time to shop around and get bids from other flooring retailers in the area. We discovered we could have gotten our kitchen tile for 30% less than what Deborah charged us. We also discovered that good grout does not chip or flake.
