He came over almost a month ago to give me an estimate, he only measured two things when there was at least a dozen measurements he would need to properly take down the info. I was told I would get the estimate in a few days. A month has gone by, no estimate, no response to my email, and hasn't answered my phone calls. He was also suppose to give my info to a different contractor for things they weren't able to do, I haven't heard from them either. It's disappointing because the reviews and website seemed very promising. Update: they emailed me and instead of apologizing for the issues they demanded I remove my post. Our most recent project with Joe was a 900 sq. ft. composite deck with two levels, four staircases, railing, and lighting. We couldn't be happier! Everything about the project went smoothly, despite a tight deadline for our annual Thanksgiving get-together. Joe listened to our initial ideas, and was very accommodating with changes that arose. He was able to suggest some things we hadn't considered, and was able to cut expenses in some areas. Joe and his crew worked non-stop, and always left the job-site clean and safe each evening. Something that's important to us is reliability and contact. He always arrived on time and was extremely reliable about getting back to us when we had questions, and when he had updates for us. I am glad I found this company to construct my patio cover. From getting the permit to finishing my project, the whole crew was impressive. Joe, the contractor, also put extra effort to plan the details to make my patio cover looks beautiful. They are very professional workers. They always consider my inconvenience factors. I honestly wonder if there is anything Joe and his crews can't do. They have worked on our property twice. They came highly recommended and did such a great job that I hired them again. The first job was to replace our front deck/walkway. They gave us a quote, told us how much time it would take and and did exactly what they said they would do in the time that they communicated. Moreover, the quality of their work was fantastic. Absolutely lovely cable rail walk! While they were here, my husband pointed out a structural problem with our prow house. It was sagging in back. Joe proposed a fix and got it built while he was here doing the front deck. Very clean and effective fix. Joe most recently did a job for us, replacing the old railing alongside our sloping driveway with new cable railing to match the front walkway. He also repaired all of the foundational structure under our garage and fixed a fence that was falling down in the backyard. All done, again, on time and in budget. We did ask for some additional details, like attaching trellises to the fence, making a midcentury modern mailbox post, and shoring up a few more faulty spots under the garage. Joe and his crew did a terrific job for me. I had new retaining walls put in and Joe built all new decks and walkways. I trusted his judgement to design them and they are gorgeous. When you open the new gate, which is solid, you say WOW! You don't know what to expect before you open the gate and then you see decks at different levels and angles with walkways connecting. It is truly amazing. The year before he did this project he added a bedroom to my house. Again, I let him design the addition and it blended in like it had always been there. He and his crew clean up the site every day so I was never living in a construction site. They were conscious of my time and considerate of my pets.
