Great food, kind and accommodating service/servers, and a very nice feel to the area. Nice and quiet to get away from loud convention!

The nicest most accommodating people and outrageously good food. I was working a convention here and jonesing to try this place. The fates finally aligned last night and wow was it worth the wait. The BLACKENED SALMON RISOTTO was perfect - dialed to perfection. An associate I bumped into had the CAJUN SHRIMP PASTA that he said was outta sight. I sat at the bar, chatted up the nice bartender and enjoyed a frosty IPA and the killer food. Thank you, Joseph, whoever you are! read more

I tore into the Salmon salad you see. A truly unique treat for my palate. Along with Southern Sweet Tea, I had the the Keylime Cheesecake served with blackberries and blueberries atop whipped cream. A soothing taste combination as the berries and cream gently tame the delicious acidity of the cheesecake. So mellow . I you get the opportunity to indulge yourself, I insist you visit Joseph's Restaurant. read more

Super surprised by how good the food is here. Had the M3 salad with salmon. Salad is small salmon portion is huge. It was very good and the price was fair. Sat at the bar and the service was excellent!. Glad I decided to eat here read more

Yikes! When you are trapped at a convention all day and can't even walk out to get food you should have to eat cold buffet food. Seriously, fried food kept "warm" with open warmers. Everything was dried out. Cheap dressing for the salad. The service is always nice, the staff is friendly and kind. The food is terrible. read more

A nice surprise. Ambiance was very nice. Food was even better! Fried chicken and Short rib were fantastic! read more

We were staying at the Sheraton and went here for convenience but we're glad we did because the food was excellent, the servers were friendly and the atmosphere was comforting. I had the salmon risotto which was amazing followed by raspberry beignets. It started to get crowded and the other staff helped out to make sure we weren't waiting for service. read more

This is a superb restaurant that many may not know about because it's in the Sheraton hotel. Many hotel restaurants have an average reputation but this place is the exception. It's a great spot with excellent food and a reputable chef. Try it! read more

This place is so good and it is attached to the Sheraton Hotel we are staying in! The chef came to our table and the waitress was on top of her game for serving 12 people! Go and enjoy and get a room read more

We stayed at the hotel and ate here almost everyday. The food is really good, the quality is excellent and the prices are great! The service was excellent and the ambiance was great. I highly recommend! read more

Good food at a great price. Very nice interior. Had dinner on a Sunday evening. The short ribs were well cooked. The wine selection is varied with quality at the top end. read more

Food was great and well cooked. Definitely call before going to make sure they are serving dinner.

Update: tried to give it a chance for breakfast. Was seated, one of three tables, and after 15 minutes of not be acknowledged, I left. All the while, I sat and watched/listened to the 3 servers gossiping and loudly complaining about other staff. I asked to order to which one responded "we will be with you soon" then went back to the gossiping. I finally got up and left. Service was the only thing warranting stars and given this experience I wish I could give it no stars. I would highly recommend reading the other reviews and believing everything they say. This place clearly has issues and management does not care. I guess when it's the only option inside a convention center, you can be terrible and still make money. ------ Staying in the hotel while in town for business so figured I would grab food at the restaurant. It appears nice as you are walking in but the food was a huge disappointment. I ordered the burger, expecting it to be at least somewhat ok given the setting. It looked appetizing and was a generous sized burger. I quickly realized I was sorely mistaken after I took a bite. It was extremely dry/rubbery/clumpy and you would have a hard time convincing me that it wasn't just cheap frozen patties. It tasted like something from a school cafeteria with the quality of the meat. The sweet potato fries and the service are the only thing that warrants the 2 stars. I don't know if it's just the burger that was this bad but I don't think I will risk it for future meals here when I stay. read more

Can't speak to the food as once I was seated I was not acknowledged in any capacity. Sat there waiting, watched several servers pass me by, but nothing... restaurant itself looked nice and was excited to try, but VERY DISAPPOINTED in the complete lack of service. read more

Very rude women working in this restaurant, my group and I were wanting to enjoy a quick breakfast with their buffett and quickly got told to leave if we weren't eating. There were plenty of tables open, more then 90% of the restaurant. The waitress and another lady (possibly a manager) were extremely rude. I do not recommend this place whatsoever, I was, I am very disappointed. read more

Jay and Jody are AMAZING!!! I felt so welcome here and the credit goes to Jay, the first night I arrived, he was perfect!

Not sure why the low rating here. We ate there twice during BETA Convention and the food was always pretty good. The salads were fresh and well prepared, the beef short ribs were very tasty, and the quesadilla was decent. Definitely a 3 to 4 star rating as I see it. The service was very good and super friendly. read more

A very nice experience! I probably expected a little less based on past experience with hotel restaurants but this was delicious! Very much worth coming to if you're in the area. read more

Staff was great and Chef Kelvin crushed it. Would recommend to anyone. Get the Pimento Cheese, Meatballs and Short Rib. Yum!Fantastic!

The best restaurant you will ever eat at. The staff and restaurant managers are incredible. Very friendly and come to check on you often. They have a Buffet Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner when the hotel is crowded but also offer an a la carte option. Great Place to Eat. read more

The food is delicious. The service has been hit or miss. The first time I went there service was great. The second time we waited for refills on drinks. The short ribs are amazing. read more

The chicken pot pie and the poblano chowder are to die for. My 10-year-old said his salad had the best Italian dressing he's ever had, he even loved the vegetables in his pot pie, and he didn't want dessert so he could keep the flavor savored. The only ways he would make this place better are to have other locations not within the hotel, and if they bottled and sold their dressing. We've already picked out our orders for next time we're in town. read more

We came for the furniture market and were exhausted the first night. We had excellent service at Joseph's and every bite was wonderful. The Baked Brie in pastry was the best I have had! The short ribs just melted in your mouth and the shrimp cocktails were large and the sauce great. We also took the chocolate cake back to our room. We enjoyed the food so much that we ordered the Brie, The Waldorf salad with shrimp and Po'Boy for room service the next night. It was just as good in our room. I highly recommend this not just for the convenience but for the great flavors and quality. read more

I had dinner at this restaurant while staying at the Sheraton. The wine list offered a good selection, but we were told that the restaurant did not have at least 7 of the wines on the list. The two white wines they did have were the worst brands on the wine list. The food was good, I must say. But we could not get over the wine situation - and in the restaurant for a nice hotel! read more

Worst breakfast buffet I have ever had. Plastic eggs. Empty fruit bowl. Empty French toast tray (the only main dish) for 20+ minutes and when finally filled.... you guessed it re-warmed paper thin frozen aisle garbage. "Irish" oatmeal and "grits" were interchangeable slop. No cream served with coffee that was served stale in carafe. For $16.95/person............ Staff friendly but slow and not clear about options as noted by others. If I don't get sick from it, I will count that as the only positive. read more

The chicken pot pie was absolutely delicious. The puff pastry was golden brown and flaky. The chicken pot pie was filled with vegetables. The side spring salad was fresh with the balsamic vinegar dressing. The clam chowder was thick, creamy and tasty. It was comfort food at its best. The bread was so warm and helped to melt the butter on it. I enjoyed my meal. read more

Staying at the hotel for weekend conference. Ate here 3 times. Food is ok but the service was consistently poor. Lunch or supper, busy or not. The wait staff is poorly educated about the menu and wine choices. They are pleasant enough but move slowly and cannot multitask at all! It is not worth the time wasted waiting to order, waiting for food, waiting for the bill...... read more

First time on yelp. Ordered lunch needless to say took long time to get and order was wrong. Waitress took it back came back in less then 1 Min and said "do you really want us to remake it". My Wife and I went to Josephs for a late lunch we really wanted Dinner but they didn't serve dinner till after 5pm. The service was Awesome however the food was not worth the price. I ordered the Reuben sandwich which came with very little meat, the meat looked like it came from a frozen box then warmed up. My wifes Salad that she ordered looked like a side salad. We just expected exceptional food the price we paid. My wife decided to order a slice of cake to go when we got to our room we found that the cake was frozen. I might try their breakfast afterall you cant mess up eggs n Sausage. read more

Wow! Stayed in the hotel for Highpoint Furniture Market. After a long day we stopped in for dinner. The hosts are atrocious and the worst first impression for their resturaunt. After being seated for fifteen minutes without being greeted, we asked the manager where our waitress was. Watched waiters running around talking and no food being brought out. A whole tray was dropped and we lost our patience and walked out. I work hard for my money, why can't they. read more

Pretty good for a hotel Resturant. Not as overly priced as some similar restaurants. The only detractor is the sugar bowl is filled with artificial sweeteners and a few packets of sugar. What's up with being so stingy with the sugar? read more

Unexpectedly good and reasonably priced for a hotel restaurant. Usually you're held captive because you're tired and have nowhere else to go. I'd actually come back here again read more

Horrible- don't waste your time or money!!!!! I ordered a pomodoro pasta, pretty easy tomato based sauce with noodles, what I got was a bowl of noodles with 6, yes 6, pieces of diced tomato. There was no sauce to be found, it was a linguini noodle, and if it weren't for the parmesean they sprinkled on top it would have been awful. I asked the waiter for more tomatoes, what I got was a dish full of raw under ripe tomatoes. They really didn't add much flavor to the dish. Like I said- don't waste your money. read more

I would have given a negative if I could have. Waited 15 for someone to take order then 45 minutes for food. I didn't have time to even eat. This place is nuts. NO customer service AT ALL. It is your problem for ThEIR errors!!! read more

I was here two years ago for a convention. We ate several times and it was very good. We are back for the same convention. We ate there several nights ago because it was the only place that could accommodate a large group. The group was handled well. Wait staff was attentive, food was excellent. There were minor hiccups but that's how it is with a large group. We were there again two nights ago, and the place was or empty even though the hotel was busy. Our waiter was good, food was fair. We went again tonight because we were too exhausted to go anywhere else, and it's convenient despite being a bit pricey. Tonight the service was lacking. Maybe the waitress was new or hadn't been though training. And the restaurant was dead. It's kinda shocking that a restaurant with pretty decent food is so slow. Maybe the hotel doesn't really care about the success of the restaurant and the focus of the kitchen is mainly for room service and banquets. The restaurant is just an aside. Beef short ribs are great, and bread is unusually excellent ( except for tonight) Kids menu is reasonably priced and decent selections. Wine menu is pretty good as well. I hope they could step up cleanliness and consistency in service so we can enjoy the restaurant next time we are in town. read more

We were at The Four Seasons Hotel for our DECA trip. We ordered the tarheel (pancakes and such). We then began to pour the syrup, and then what happened? A ROACH CAME OUT. A roach. Disgusting. The waiter then came over and took away the food. No apologies. The manager then came over and asked what happened. We told him what happened and asked what else we wanted. Still no apologies. We got the new food and they tried to dazzle it up with an orange and garnish. Still doesn't cover up the fact that there was a roach and no apologies. The manager cane over and told us the checks were on him, which was nice. The food was somewhat nice. read more
