Do Not order anything from this establishment! They can over cook your food and prepare it anyway they want, however if the food is edible that is your problem not theirs! I ordered shrimp Fra Diablo yes. The shrimp were overcooked & the sauce was so hot no one in my family could eat it. I didn't ask for a refund. I would have just liked a replacement. It's as if the woman on the phone hates taking orders & grimaces when the order is being made. Good cheese and sauce but the crust is chewy-not Cali chewy but chewy nonetheless. When it comes to pizza mechanics, a chewy crust isn't the worst thing to have. If the cheese is of poor quality or not used enough or if the sauce is too salty or virtually nonexistent, then a chewy crust is the least of your worries. You can always ask for the slice to be cooked well done. But I hold guys behind the counter to a standard. They should know how good pizza should be served. They should know that a good crust is the icing on the cake. 2 extra minutes in the oven goes a long way in terms of unlocking hidden flavors. The menu at Joseph's isn't written out on a board. Instead, they follow a format that you'd see at most takeout Chinese places; they have pictures of their food. While this may seem like a good idea, it severely limits the size of your menu. Love this place! best food and honestly the guys and girls are so sweet! They sometimes get rude when its busy but who wouldn't, the only downfall is one skinny girl gets rude. I asked how much longer for my order because I was going to come back and she says rudely "you just have to wait!" and then huffs and puffs. I've been going there for years. They made a good chicken parmesan sandwich at a reasonable price. There is one short nasty young girl cashier who has a really bad attitude and should not be working retail. She seems like she's annoyed at the world, every time I have gone in there she short changes me and cannot add! She gives me the change and it's always totally wrong and tries to pocket extra money for herself. Ruins the whole experience. Will not go back! Gave up on this joint! Ordered a side salad with small amount of dressing that didn't even moisten the salad. Ask for a little more and she tells you that it's $0.50 extra . What a joke! The rude person answering said "it left a WHILE ago" I said great I'll just go back to waiting. Not enough reviews for this place so I figured I would add one. I LOVE pizza. Pizza is life. Their pizza is amazing despite what one of the other reviewers claimed. I've been ordering pizza from a different pizzeria my whole life. A couple years ago, my brother introduced me to Joseph's and it only took one taste to make this my main pizzeria!!!
