They had put me in for the wrong date when I'd called to schedule it. But, due to a cancellation, they were able to see me when I came in anyway. The front desk person was not as welcoming as at my regular dentist, and my cleaning was not as thorough. The equipment was old, but at least it was clean. The biggest turn-off was hearing the hygienists and dental assistants gossiping in the hallway outside my exam room--super unprofessional. This was definitely a more ghetto dental office experience than I am used to, but I suppose you get what you pay for.

I am an established patient…read morerequiring dental cleanings every 4 months and communicated i need weekend appointments. when I joined the practice, I was assured that weekend appointments could accommodate my schedule. However, i am not now being told the next available weekend appointment is not until May 2027(about 7months out), Although the office offered a Saturday exam, it would not provide the cleaning appointment within a reasonable timeframe. As a single mother, working full time, taking off work is not always feasible. Despite my repeated requests to speak directly with my dentist about continuity of care and my existing treatment plan, i was told that the dentist is too busy. I understand that dentists have busy schedules but patients time and healthcare needs matter as well. I expected better communication consideration and continuity of care from a practice responsible for my ongoing dental health. The fact that i couldn't even get a phone call to discuss my concerns is shocking. I wonder if the message actually made it to the dentist because i never seen a medical professional refuse to speak to a patient about concerns directly and decline to call.,,its been days of requesting.

She and her staff were understanding and accommodating. They paid attention to his needs and the visit went smoothly. They even played his favorite songs in the room during the successful cleaning. I specifically made the appointment for repair to take place that day. He was called and asked to return since he apparently had just left without informing anyone else there. He refused. I was asked to return the next day. I agreed to call my boss to let him know I would be late to work. I was given a price of $600 to simply attach a tooth to a denture. I told them that price was exorbitant and would not return. PS, I had my denture repaired elsewhere for 50 percent less. Never experienced anything like this before.

In that time I had set up an appointment somewhere else and had the appointment. 2 months roll by and I had forgotten about the appointment until I receive a call again THE day of the appointment asking if I could come in at a time an hour earlier when I've expressed to them that I work. I was shocked, that would mean they double booked my appointment and either if I said no, my original appointment wouldn't be available. So I never responded, they cancelled my appointment for me, I thought. THEN, a few days roll by and I receive a letter saying I OWE THEM $75 for missing my appointment. I do not understand the logic behind the charge when you asked me to come in a different time. Organize your appointments better and stop grasping at straws for pocket change.

I called for a regular check up/cleaning and they asked if anything was wrong so of course I added that my gum was causing discomfort. When I arrived I found out they were seeing me for an EMERGENCY visit not a check up or cleaning. They attributed my issue to eating "harsh" foods like "granola" (which I never eat fyi) and told me to book a follow up for a check up/cleaning. So I did! Then I arrived and found out I needed to book the cleaning separately! I asked if I could possibly do it that day since it was my only day off and they said fine. So we do the scans/X-rays etc. They do the cleaning... cool. I ask what the exam/X-rays said and they said we had to book a separate in office meeting to discuss treatment. WTF? And then would have to book consecutive appointments after that to follow up with treatments. I have never experienced a more obvious money grab in my entire life. On top of that, I had disclosed my anxiety about the dentist given that I had gotten my first cold sore due to my pediatric dentist not properly cleaning their tools (dentist offices are breeding grounds for viruses) well, guess who got another cold sore directly after visiting THIS dentists office as well? It really makes you question just how sterile their tools are and how much force they're applying when examining your mouth. Not only that but they send multiple letters in the mail when you don't follow up appointments practically harassing you about the harsh reality gum disease and tooth decay. No short and sweet "hey we miss you!" mailer card like other offices. A full on letter that looks like a bill and that is stamped with an urgent message (it's literally just the two doctors asking you to come spend a ton of money at the office) This office is exorbitantly expensive, takes way too long to get a single answer to the simple question that is "how do my teeth look". Something that can easily be 2 visits is now 5+ visits. That saying about seeing your dentist at least 1-2x a year? Make that 10 times if you choose this office. And seriously, who has the time for that?
