I was referred here due to a previous procedure that failed and I had a difficult time getting a straight and consistent recommendation on treatment options. It become very clear to me the surgeon Proothi was more concerned with not making his buddies in the field look bad rather than providing me the clarity I deserved as a paying patient. I finally got infected and she wanted it pulled, on the phone we asked if they pull teeth and they said they do. $225 later we were recommend to a specialist that wanted to save it for $1900 + , we are not doing that for a tooth in the back of her mouth that could end up giving her trouble down the road so we went back to e.s.i. and they wouldn't pull it . So here was someone in pain and we got a run around ended up a a oral surgeon that pulled it for $425. So when they say they do everything they don't were never going back I do not recommend this dentistry.
