The hygienist Jessica was great, she gave me a lot of time answering all my questions and explained what i needed in detail. She was Awesome!! Last but not least Dr. Zena was also great, he also talked to me and gave me time instead of rushing me out, I really appreciate that as it seems most places do that, your just a number, but at Babylon Smiles your much more than that, they really care about their patients and it shows in the great staff. I made an appointment for the filling I specifically told the dentist I will only use composite no silver caps. As soon as I sat in the dentist chair he tells me I'm doing fillings with the silver caps I said no I'm not I told u composite only he called the manager she began to state my insurance didn't cover composite and if I wanted composite I would have to pay out of pocket $150.00 for 3 teeth and this is with a discount. I told her there had to be a mistake I work for Transit and I have one of the best insurance I pay for biweekly. She began to say she would call my insurance company to confirm that the composite is covered this was beginning of November we are now in February I ended up calling my insurance myself they emailed me to confirm to me that my policy covers composite fillings on all teeth once every 6 months per tooth I have an annual maximum of 2,000 for all services in a calendar year. The last I spoke with the manager she said she finally spoke with my insurance and I was covered but now she is waiting for there billing department to bill my insurance I haven't spoken with them since and decided to go else where with my business because I felt this was a fraudulent establishment they lied to me and tried to charge me unnecessarily and now I went to somewhere else and I can't receive service because of the previous x rays and cleaning I'm gonna have to wait 6 months before the new place can bill my insurance DON'T GO HERE RUN THEY WILL TRY TO ROB YOU IF YOU DON'T KNOW ABOUT YOUR INSURANCE POLICY AND WHAT YOUR POLICY COVERS!!! I signed up for an end of the year deal from a Black Friday sale where I bought the scanner for $8,999.99 and you had to pay $49 monthly for their scan club for a year. Well I have been trying to cancel my membership now since we have a closer lab 20 minutes away to do our crowns. Since then the person I was working with quit and this new billing department lady wants me to pay $2,400 to cancel our contract (which ended in December of 2022). They can't find any paperwork, didn't even know they had an End of the Year deal so I had to forward their own email flyer back to them to prove their own ad is the one I accepted. Anyways I agree with the other Doctor's comments on here saying their billing department is corrupt and incompetent. They will try and scam you out of money somehow even though they offer these "deals". Save your time and money. Go with Dandy labs. They will GIVE you a free $30,000 Trios scanner, a computer and a cart to put it all on as long as you send them $1,000 a month in cases which is easily doable. So forget paying Bayshore $10,000 up front and then still having to pay stuff later if you decide to not use them. Use Dandy labs with no upfront costs and save yourself a huge headache!

Towards the end of the reception it was getting unbearable and my wife called Dr. Patel at around 10:00 p.m. Dr. Patel was at the movies with his son seeing Batman. Dr. Patel insisted we meet him at his office. Just before midnight we arrived and Dr. Patel performed a necessary root canal to get my wife out of pain, and to assure us we could fly out to Aruba the next morning for our honeymoon. The entire time with good spirits, kindness, and you could tell he was genuinely happy to be there for us. Aside from great care, personal attention, and putting my entire family at ease when going to the dentist, Dr. Patel and his staff are wonderful people as well. My wife and my three daughters mean the world to me and there is no one I would rather see my loved ones in the care of than Dr. Patel and his staff. God smiled upon our family when we found Dr. Patel. Even my 7 year old knows he's "The Best Dentist In The Whole World". 5 stars are not enough stars for this great special dentist.
