Just went there today. My old dentist retired and so being just down the road from Dental 365 I was made to feel perfectly at home. Angel and Dr. Davis were so nice and made me feel welcome. They were kind and helped me with my problem. Honesty is their best policy and their kindness was genuinely wonderful. I will now use them as my dentist for me and my family. Just excellent!!!! And they do it all under one roof. General Dentistry, Cleanings, Implants, whitening, and more. That is a definite plus....All under one roof. Great Again!!! read more

I was a walk-in patient with severe tooth pain. I was terrified as I have had bad experiences in the past. However, this office took great care of me, helped calm my nerves, and made sure I was as comfortable as possible. The ONLY reason I am not giving them 5 stars is because they do not accept my dental insurance so I had to pay out of pocket. However, I should note that they were very up front about the cost from the beginning and there were no hidden fees. In addition, they have a payment plan option. read more

I was in search of a Dental office to take my whole family and I came across dental365. I asked about what the can do and there hours. It was perfect since I have late hours and I work a lot so getting to them is not easy for me. But they are very flexible and convenient. There staff is fantastic. I love all the help they offer to me and my family. They do a great job and the atmosphere is so peaceful and friendly. I love Michelle and Tracy there fantastic at getting your papers, appointments and whatever you need taken care of. I recommend this office to all my friends and family. read more

Had an appointment with this office and I was taken care of by Dr. Natasha Kapoor, she is very kind and knows what she is doing always asks if you are doing ok while performing procedures. This location just like the office in Bethpage from the front desk to the DR, to billing you are met with professionalism all information is checked and double checked the entire staff is great they explain every detail to you and ask if you understand, it don't matter who you see everyone is very nice and makes you feel comfortable thank you all it means a lot. read more

I am taking the time to write this review because the staff and the dentist team are by far the right choice for anyone who has dental issues.I had total implants on both my top and bottom teeth which took some time 4years in total for me but it all and should be done in a day or so.the new technology they used on my bottom verses my tops was a major improvement to the whole process.Dr Beanstalk and staff have really perfected it ! So much faster than the original tops that I had done, but I have to say the top set are perfect as well and when it came time for the bottoms(let's face it it was time-along time ago,!)my dentist Dr Diamond in west Islip directed me to the right guys to do it and overseen The Whole process!They made sure that everything went as smooth as it could go and kept close watch on my health.In short they are the best people to deal with and won't steer you wrong,also they will be there in the future as well! My family had been going to Dr. Diamond for years when he was in private practice. We all followed him to Dental365 in West Islip about a year ago. He is meticulous about his work and very caring. Dawn the Hygeneist (little Dawn) as we call her and Dawn the receptionist that were with Dr. Diamond at his private practice are also now at 365. They are all nicest people. Love, love them all. The office is spotlessly clean and modern. Appointments are all kept on time. I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes. I highly recommend Dr. Diamond and his staff. This office is Awesome!!! from the minute you walk into the door your greeted with total awesomeness from Dawn the receptionist. After that my cleanings are done by Jessica Recek; can you say "cleaning Euphoria." Then Max one of the Techs makes conversation time a must have. And Finally the crux of the entire All Star Gang is Dr. David Diamond himself. The name says it all. He is a totally awesome Dr. with a plethora of stories to keep you engaged. Did I mention that I drive 35 minutes to see this office; there are at least 5 other Dental 365 offices I pass before I get there. 5 Star service; 5 Star facility. read more

I had been a patient at Dental365 in West Islip for 2 years. Initially, I thoroughly enjoyed my experiences at my cleanings. I loved the hygienist and both dentists that I had seen. The first issue I had at this office was when the front desk told me that my insurance would not cover cavities. I knew that was ridiculous and untrue, so I had called my insurance company to verify. My insurance agent told me that I was correct, cavities are in-fact covered, and a great deal of it would be covered, with a little bit of patient responsibility (way less than the office was telling me). When I went for my filling, the front desk also realized that they were incorrect and that my filling would be mostly covered. This was fine, there was no rudeness or anything from the front desk. I got my filling and left with no issues. However, fast forward to about a year later, I am told I have a cracked filling (I honestly don't even know at this point if the cracked filling was even true, but that's another story). Regardless, everything was fine until I had to deal with the front desk. Once again, the woman who handles the billing told me my filling would barely be covered by insurance. Deja vu, here we go again. This time when I questioned her and said that this same issue happened a year ago but we found out that my insurance actually does cover the majority of fillings, she was extremely rude, unprofessional, and passive aggressive. I was being nothing but kind and patient, but also stern in what I knew to be true. She was making me feel like I was a young kid (I am 28 by the way, but I look very young) who didn't know anything and was being a pain. Not for nothing, but it's normal to question things when something seems off. Anyhow, once again I call my insurance company to be told that my fillings are covered greatly! The front desk had also tried telling me that the dentist was out of network and that's why there were discrepancies. My insurance agent said the dentist was IN NETWORK. Needless to say I was not only upset about the initial treatment I received from the front desk, but when I informed them that I was correct, the billing woman was again very rude and unprofessional. I hate to think this way, but I felt like she was potentially trying to scam me out of some money because, as mentioned, I look very young. Either that, or she just is not 100% competent at her job. I don't leave this negative review in a mean way, but just to warn others who may be thinking of going to this office. Again, it is unfortunate because the clinical staff is amazing, and most of the front desk is too, but the billing woman was enough to make me SWITCH offices and never recommend Dental 365 in West Islip to anyone. I am thankful for the awesome clinical care I received, and wish things could've worked out differently. read more

I desperately needed to see a dentist this afternoon, so I looked this place up on the Internet. Website said it was open till 8 p.m. and that they accepted walk-ins, but when I got there at 5:30 p.m., the door was locked. I saw an employee at the front desk, so I called the phone number listed, and she informed me that they closed at 5 p.m. today, despite the fact that the hours listed clearly noted that they were open till 8 p.m. So I went out of the way for nothing - and went back home with my toothache to find another dentist. I won't be back. And if you decide to use them, make sure you call ahead even if it is clearly within the hours listed as being open, and even though both the website and the office state that they take walk-ins. Definitely not a good way to start a new business : ( read more

I went to Dental 365 as a walk in on Saturday 3-3-18 and they took 2 x rays of my tooth said I needed a root canal on a single root tooth . I figured it was an emergency and I was in pain I would pay the $1,080 to have it done. So they did the first half of the root canal put a temp filling in, I paid 1/2 the fee $ 540.00. I came in last night to have the 2nd half of the root canal done , and was sitting in the seat after they numbed me up and had me sign that I would pay an additional $ 150.00 to fill the root canal, I felt ambushed, what would they do if I didn't agree to pay. make me leave with no filling in my root canal so I wound up paying $1230 for the root canal I have to say the dentist was excellent and the place is clean but the business practices may be legal. I would not consider them ethical and left me with a bad taste in my mouth read more
