Sometimes insurance has you running around having to find a new Dentist and let me tell you this is the place to call. I give them a rating of 100 stars! Yes, that's how good they are, from the moment you call and make the appointment to the first steps in the door this place is a home run. Fear the dentist, no problem... Trust me if they could get me through this, they can get anybody through their dental procedure . The staff is so very kind, they make you feel so welcome. The dentist explain everything step-by-step answers all your concerns. They have ways to make you feel better if you are in fear and they really do create some magic here. I myself, saw Dr. DAVID HSU, he was kind, compassionate, understanding, and so very gentle. His assistant Courtney was like your best friend you never knew you had. I can't say enough great things about my experience with Babylon Dental Care and their entire team at the Patchogue location! As a new patient, today was my first time visiting this dentist and I couldn't be more impressed. I've gone to about 5 dentist locations before and Babylon Dental Care has far exceeded my expectations. Referred by my mom, I'm excited to become a new patient. Prior to my visit, I was able to complete all paperwork online which made checkin quick and I was seen as soon as I walked into the office. From the moment I walked through the front door, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism from Breanna. The office is updated, clean, and welcoming. They pay attention to the patients needs and show extra care for those who may fear the dentist; it immediately put me at ease. My dental hygienist, Corinn, was phenomenal. She is incredibly knowledgeable, gentle, and thorough. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. She even wrote a welcome card and gave little welcome gifts . Since I was only going for a cleaning and some X-rays today I only briefly met my dentist, Diamond, but she was also caring and throughly reviewed my X-rays with me. Babylon Dental makes it fun to go to the dentist. The entire staff from the front desk to the Doctors are very friendly and knowledgeable. They even did a commercial to Welcone Back Carter. I had the pleasure of dealing with Dr. Diamond and Corrine was my Hygienist. Both made sure I did not feel any pain. As a person who has great fear and trepidation, I had put off seeing a dentist for almost two decades. When a tooth suddenly broke, I went to Babylon Dental Care. I arrived in tears and left with an enormous smile. The staff was welcoming and friendly. Dr. Cliff Brown quickly allayed my fears, and calmed me down. He explained everything every step of the procedure. He was patient, gentle while being extremely professional. As long as Dr. Brown is still practicing dentistry, I will never see another dentist. It was my first time here and I am extremely satisfied. The staff are all very welcoming and warm, and make you feel at ease about your visit. They presented me with a beautiful welcome package just for making an appointment. Above and beyond the regular toothbrush and dental floss other places provide, and I have to say I was very surprised! But this review isn't just about the exceptional, second to none customer service they provide. I would like to go into detail about my visit with my dental hygienist J'anna. Never have I ever met a hygienist so thorough and sweet. She took her time throughout the procedure and made sure I was given a RELAXING experience. You don't typically find that when you come to the dentist. They had an entire menu to choose from to make the cleaning relaxing and put your mind at ease. Loved that touch! Since I have crowding in my mouth my cleanings can be painful, but I didn't experience that here. Also, doctor Brown is a great guy. It took me long enough to write this review, but I actually wound up having to see him for an emergency situation after my first cleaning, which had nothing to do with the cleaning by the way. I thought I had something stuck in my tooth! Long story! Anyway, he has a great personality and knows his stuff and didn't make me feel crazy when nothing was actually stuck. When you talk to him it's like talking to a family member who really cares about your health. I'm truly happy to have found this place. Hopefully they always take my insurance! :) read more
