Would highly recommend Dr Beck and the amazing staff. My procedure went smoothly and I was at ease with their knowledge and patience.

My regular dentist recommended I have my wisdom teeth out. I met with Dr Beck and was impressed. Their office staff was extremely friendly and followed all the COVID precautions. The day of my surgery was great, the staff took wonderful care of me, everyone was extremely sweet, made me feel comfortable and relaxed, and took measures so I would be in minimal pain after the procedure. They sent me home with guidelines to follow after the procedure to make sure everything would heal correctly and I wouldn't have any complications. I would definitely recommend Dr Beck and his staff. My daughter just had her wisdom teeth extracted by Doctor Beck today. Doctor Beck, the assistants and the office staff have been nothing but professional, sympathetic and considerate of my daughter's feelings, as well as of my wife's and mine. The procedure was originally set for November but we needed to reschedule, which the office and Doctor Beck did for us without hesitation or difficulty. There was no penalty, attitude or resistance - only help and cooperation. The procedure was difficult. All four of my daughter's teeth were impacted and it was not going to be easy. Doctor Beck had explained the procedure, answered questions and reassured my daughter, my wife and I, that every measure would be taken to ensure the best outcome. Taking time to explain things meant a lot to us. The procedure went well, as described, lasting just under an hour. Afterward Doctor Beck went over post op procedures with us, answered our questions, phoned in the necessary prescriptions to our pharmacy and said he would be checking in with us to make sure everything was ok. From a paperwork and billing perspective, leaving the office was easy, as most all of it was taken care of prior with no loose ends or surprises. Upon returning home, our prescriptions were ready with no delay because Doctor Beck had indeed called them in ahead. The following hours were not pleasant for my daughter because of the recovery BUT there were no surprises. We had been prepared for what was coming and were able to treat our daughter properly because of the information and direction given to us by Doctor Beck and his office. As promised, we received a call from the office in the afternoon checking in with us in our daughter's status. That was appreciated. Then, later in the evening, we received a call from Doctor Beck, personally, checking in on my daughter. This really made my daughter feel better, as it did us. I can only say that Doctor Beck has provided a level of care and expertise that we often no longer see from physicians today. Railroad medicare is the same exact thing as medicare the people who work here are not efficient and should not be working there if they as so misinformed that they don't even want to make a phone call and see that they are exactly the same. Terrible office help. My daughter was so upset that she was discriminated against because she had medicare and she was willing to pay out of pocket but they never got that far. read more

Went to get my stitches out today after my procedure last week. Only to be greeted with an additional $325 charge.... mind you I was quoted $890 for the procedure and paid $165 for a consult but apparently since they had to take out a cyst it was extra? (meanwhile they had an X-ray and knew it was there) never once did they mention there was going to be an additional charge when I left the office last week or in the two phone calls I received from them since. Thank god I had money in my account I know I probably shouldn't have paid it but then they just would have placed me in collections. Also when I asked what the charge was the receptionist had no idea, she said my insurance didn't cover the entire procedure meanwhile they didn't take my insurance I was paying out of pocket. Make me feel like they just took advantage of my situation. Recent development: they also tried to bill my insurance company for an additional $208 what could that possibly be for considering I OVER paid them in cash because they did NOT take my insurance. Also they promised to call me back and they haven't. Not have they returned any messages I have left. read more

I got a fill in for a cavity here and months later when I showed up for my next check up I found out they didn't fill in my cavity correctly which led to a root canal, they didn't even tell me I was getting a root canal they just did it and told me after and I was very upset with this because I wanted a second opinion before I made that decision and then I go to another dentist a month later and they told me they put the crown in incorrectly, do not come here they will mess up you're teeth read more

The Doctor is fine. The accounting office is the issue here. First, they tell me the total bill would be 200.00. So I send my daughter there with a check for the 200 on the day of service. Then I get a bill in the mail 2 weeks later for an additional 735.00. So I call and it is the old "insurance company screwed up and Misinformed us" routine. So I give them a payment of 250.00 on my credit card and I gave them verbal Authorization to charge my credit card monthly to pay the bill for my daughter. They never charged my card. Then they say I never gave them Authorization. How did they get the 250.00 payment if I never spoke to them?? In the meantime, they call my daughter who tells them To call me To get the bill paid. They never call me and now these unprofessional people will not take responsibility for this screw up. They turn me Over to a lawyer who is adding 187.00 in unsubstantiated fees. Steer clear of this doctors office unless you plan on paying the bill in cash, in full, at the time of services. They are an accounting nightmare and needless to say, very unprofessional. Fast forward over a year later and now the idiots in his accounting office send my account to another collection agency. There is an issue. I recently brought my daughter to Dr. Beck to have a tooth removed. When I made the appointment, the person who helped on the phone was very helpful. I wanted to make an appointment ASAP and she did just that. We got to the office and were greeted very kindly. We were told exactly how the procedure would go. He and his team took excellent care of my daughter's tooth removal. I received very clear post surgical care instructions. We had no complaints. I would definitely recommend this Dr. for any of your dental surgery needs. read more

So, Dr Beck is a great doctor- my issue is with the office - I had oral surgery last year- and when I went in I spoke with the front desk, they had a form showing what was\wasn't covered by my insurance. I was told my bill would be $180-$200. I went in, had my procedure and when I came out, I was told there was an additional fee for the nitrous oxide (gas). Ok, I paid the whole bill and the additional fee for the gas. About 3 months later I get an $800 bill!! What for?? They told me the insurance didn't cover what they thought it would. I called my insurance company. According to them, all I should've owed was the 200+ - not 800!! So now after over a year I'm still battling this out and it's been referred to collection. I spoke with one of the secretaries at The Weinstein Group- the atty handling his collections- and was told they hear this same story over and over. So- my advice- GO ELSEWHERE! ! read more
