DO NOT GO TO THIS BUTCHER. My husband had to have 3 teeth extracted and this doctor was recommended. He is not gentle or try to ease the needle in, he just jammed it in my husbands already painful mouth. I left when they were going to put him under anesthesia. The DDS did not give the chance for the anesthesia to start working. My husband felt everything, heard the teeth cracking and had all three pulled in under 10 minutes. He was so terrible he has caused my husband to now have anxiety about dentists. When I saw my husband, he looked like he was beaten with a bat. His mouth bled for 3 days. Such a great experience! I needed 3 wisdom teeth removed, went in for consultation earlier this month and was able to quickly book the appointment for this morning. Great dentist. I needed a wisdom tooth and a molar extracted. I was given a prompt appointment when I called. There was plenty of parking and the office was clean and modern. Dr. Panchal was friendly, supportive, and professional as was the entire staff. I was seen literally 10 minutes after I got there. The entire procedure took about 15 minutes and was completely painless. Minimal anesthesia was so skillfully administered that while I thought I was "awake" for the entire procedure and immediately afterwards, I have no memory of him actually removing the teeth, applying the gauze, etc. The following day, I had almost zero swelling and very minor pain, but I was prescribed pain medication and antibiotics just in case. I needed an emergency tooth extraction. Dr. Panchal's office took me same day, parking was easy, office was very clean, and staff was very nice. When I met Dr. Panchal, he was nice and polite. He told me exactly what to expect. He was courteous, very nice and answered all my questions before starting. He also waited until I was comfortable before starting. His office was full, but he spent time with me. Dr. Panchal applied little sedation, quickly extracted the tooth (maybe 8 min) and it was nearly painless! I spent more time asking him questions. I told him it must have been an easy extraction. On the contrary, he said he had trouble extracting because of the location (last molar) so he cut my gums, split my tooth and had to take out in pieces, but I didn't even feel it. He even followed up with me after 2 days to make sure all was well. He is Ivy League trained. He graduated Columbia Dental School. Educated, smart, nice and very capable, I give him the highest recommendation. read more

My husband had a tooth removed the other day. It took a week to get an appointment but well worth it. He was in and out in 5 minutes. Zero pain. Healed quickly. Dr Panchal took me in as a walk in to have my wisdom tooth that was popped out of my gum already and causing so much pain and issues, i was literally done with the procedure in 25 mins after i was slightly put out. Dr panchals staff are so kind and great people. I literally felt no pain after my procedure and the days following. He deserves alot of recongnition and he accepts medicaid dental insurance which alot of oral surgeons do not accept. Would reccommend!!! read more

I have had two oral surgeries with Dr Panchal. I am a person with very severe fears and anxieties when going to the dentist even for a cleaning, so going in for oral surgery was a panic invoking experience for me and Dr Panchal and his staff could not have been more caring and compassionate towards me. Best oral surgeon. I went to him many times over the last few years. He is knowledgable and very caring. You dont feel a thing while he is working on you, as he sedated you for the procedure. Which is amazing as I have very bad anxiety at any dentist but not when I am there at his office. (Maybe on the way there. But will calm down once he comes and speaks to me before the procedure.) I highly recommend him for your oral surgery needs. I have traveled many times from port jeff to his office which is 50 mins each way but well worth the drive. read more

BEWARE ALL 5 STAR REVIEWS FAKE ALL MADE REVIEWS ONE DAY. I went here to be put to sleep to have teeth pulled abscess drained. He had to give me the shot I'm mouth first asked to be easy was extra rough gave me a Twilight which I told them did not work for me before they remove the tourniquet future and stabbing me in the cheek with a knife to pop the abscess which didn't even drain and then he shoved a gauze In my mouth shut because I looked it up and pay when you shove the knife in there when I told him I was not numb this place is a mill An extra five minutes to be easy with the Novocain was too much to ask she's unprofessional and that's saying he's not good at what he does but he does not care and he thinks you should just grow up so if you're scared of a dentist stay far away from him. So after all that I still have this abscess in my mouth it's up my whole cheek and could kill me if infection hits my brain. Why would anybody need to get put to sleep if they have the Novocain done already if your mouth is numb then it's numb The way this guy does business is unreal like I said if it doesn't bother you getting work done in your mouth then this is the man for you read more

don't go there, I was clear prior didn't want to go to sleep and was told can discuss with the doctor and when there they did an X-ray not covered by insurance, which is why I went there was in my insurance plan and he never examined me and felt ridiculed because I would not go to sleep after explaining how in the past hard time waking up after sedation should be told the truth he does not do the procedures without sedation when making the appointment after reading other reviews with complications glad I left honesty and bedside manner with feeling confident in the staff is not here and then after no care got a bill 6 months later !!!! read more

Dr panchal is the best oral Surgeon in long Island...he sedated u while he does his work...I've never had pain after any of my surgerys...he's very patient with his patients and listens to any of your concerns....If u need oral surgery Dr panchal is the guy to go too....I would give him 10 stars if I could read more

I came in and right away it seemed ghetto. I go in the room to get wisdom teeth done and it was dirty !!! This place was filthy !!!! I did not feel comfortable getting teeth work done here and I kept my wisdom teeth in! read more
