Though I arrived 10 minutes early, i was made to wait 40 minutes past my appointment time. The hygienist was rude, insulting and uncaring. I felt I was being shamed for my condition, and was told it would be a long hopeless and expensive journey. This was before Dr Errante walked in. He asked if the hygienist explained everything and I had any questions. He never examined or even looked at me, as he was clearly preoccupied.
