They never get annoyed when you tell them you feel something. They stop everything and continue only when you're comfortable and numb. Have been a patient for years now. Been seeing Dr. Weiden who is wonderful. My husband was just informed that they are no longer accepting Blue Cross/Blue Shield insurance. We weren't even notified until he got there for his appointment. I was just online and found out they stopped taking Metlife also. It's a shame that someone you have trusted and come to depend on would all of a sudden drop insurances. They seemed to be the type of business that cared about their patients, but it doesn't seem like that anymore. Very disappointed! read more

Do not use Raphaelson's! First, they made my husband come back ten times for a procedure that should have been completed in one or two visits. Then they sent a bill to collections that my husband had already paid. After that, they cancelled our account for "non-payment" even though the amount was paid and my husband called several times to confirm they had received payment. The bill was pennies by the way, not a huge bill at all. The accounts receivable rep told us that the payment went to the collections agency and not to them. How does that make sense? I called to discuss my experience and ask that they remove me from their automated text messaging messaging system that is still sending messages asking me to schedule an appointment (even though they are refusing to schedule an appointment and are saying my account is canceled) and they refused to answer! I called three times right after the other. I had to call a second number that was posted on Google (631-509-3643 vs 631 667-4080) to get through to accounts receivable rep, and she handles all the payments but apparently doesn't know that the business has two phone numbers posted. What a joke of a business and a ghetto operation! read more

Dr Raphaelson is a terrible dentist. His work needs to be repeatably re-done - He can never gets it right and blames everyone else for his incompetency. While he is working on me, he constantly brags and talks to others and bashes other patients. Which is extremely unprofessional. He only cares about the $$$$$. read more

If I could give this office no stars, I would! Worst dental experience of my life. Seems like everyone in this office needs to be trained on dealing with patients since we always experience nothing but disrespect. Each visit was progressively getting worse and worse between the attitude problems and the mistreatment of patients. From the receptionists to the actual dentists to the people that handle the billing I have nothing good to say about any of them. If you ever get scheduled with Dr. Stacey Wedin... RUN!!!!!! I don't know where she got her dental license from but she couldn't even properly fill a cavity without complications on her part. She told me my removable teeth SHOULD IN FACT feel like flip flops in my mouth and that it's normal that they move around. I can't make this stuff up if I tried! read more

"Little shop of Horrors (Raphaelson and Associates) Deer Park NY" Sadly this dental office is deceptive and unprofessional. I went to this office to get dental work done. I was told I had a minor cavity and would need a filling. I was given to a Doctor who was un-skilled and butchered my tooth breaking the healthy part of the tooth causing a major problem. I had to go to another Dentist to get my tooth fixed. read more

I find that this dentist office is very professional and does very good work. I recently went for my cleaning and Nicole was gentle and did a great job. The dental exam by Dr. Todd Raphaelson was thorough and he was friendly, patient and took his time. Dr. Krauz is also very good. I highly recommend this office! read more
