He knew this from the consultation. He basically came in said your options are a drink, a shot, an IV or the hospital. No compassion or caring at all. He kicked my son out of the room who was there for support. After she had a 45 minute panic attack he comes in and says I booked this for an hour, you wasted my time I can't do anything now. And walked out. Then the girl at the desk had the nerve to tell me it was going to be $190.00 for the drink he mixed that she couldn't even get down because she was panicking so badly and vomited/dry heaved. I've never had a cavity and a lot of the reviews for dentists seemed like they wanted to rush into all of this dental work. I was calling around to many offices getting so much attitude and lack of care for my pain - no one could allegedly see me for more than 3 months, even in an emergency. Frustrated, I finally found doctor freedman! His receptionists were the ONLY ones I spoke to over the phone who had an ounce of compassion and although they couldn't get me in asap, they put me on the emergency call list which happened to get me in the next day due to a cancellation. When I got there the process was seamless - quick check in and wait time and incredibly pleasant staff from the front desk to the X-ray tech to the doctor himself. Doctor freedman was incredibly honest, I came in thinking I needed an emergency root canal because of a cavity so he could have totally swindled me and recommended all of this work and I would have believed him. Instead, he said in a calm manner that everything is fine and he could refer me to an orthodontic surgery if I wanted but it wasn't necessary. The pain has mostly subsided but I wanted to see a professional just to be sure. Definitely recommend for an honest and experienced professional!

They seemed to be the type of business that cared about their patients, but it doesn't seem like that anymore. Very disappointed!
