I was calling around to many offices getting so much attitude and lack of care for my pain - no one could allegedly see me for more than 3 months, even in an emergency. Frustrated, I finally found doctor freedman! His receptionists were the ONLY ones I spoke to over the phone who had an ounce of compassion and although they couldn't get me in asap, they put me on the emergency call list which happened to get me in the next day due to a cancellation. When I got there the process was seamless - quick check in and wait time and incredibly pleasant staff from the front desk to the X-ray tech to the doctor himself. Doctor freedman was incredibly honest, I came in thinking I needed an emergency root canal because of a cavity so he could have totally swindled me and recommended all of this work and I would have believed him. Instead, he said in a calm manner that everything is fine and he could refer me to an orthodontic surgery if I wanted but it wasn't necessary. The pain has mostly subsided but I wanted to see a professional just to be sure. Definitely recommend for an honest and experienced professional!

A dentist would spend only a few minutes with me, tell me I needed a full mouth of implants, then send me to the front desk for a price. The estimates were overwhelming, and I received conflicting information. Some told me I would need multiple surgeries over the course of a year and would have to wear removable dentures until everything healed. Another office claimed they could place four implants in one day and send me home with permanent teeth. I left every appointment more confused than before. I saw a comment or two stating long waits, docs going between patients. It must have been their first time at a dentist. EVERY dentist I ever went to has multiple patients at the same time and as everyone knows how painful toothaches and the like can be, Dr. Pete will not make you wait to make appointment. THAT is a caring medical professional. Dr. Pete has been my dentist for a pretty long time now and I have no intention of going anywhere else. I wish I could give them 6 stars! The insurance company says they're still under contract and have to accept it and they'll call them. Ultimately they agreed to take the insurance but wouldn't give my money back for 3 weeks until they got payment from insurance. Then tried to only reimburse the difference. The dentist is constantly in and out working on multiple people at once and they've cancelled multiple appointments over the years. Just a Bad business these days. Lost a long time patient.

I no longer go here and am much happier with my new dentist who actually answered my question I had and didn't try to convince me to spend thousands on a procedure I didn't need. Don't trust dr.doogan. Staff is incredibly rude. Went today for doctor's appointment. They acted like everything was a minor inconvenience and got annoyed at every little thing. Dr antonucci is such a kind and wonderful doctor. It'll be a shame to lose him as a dentist. Donna is also incredibly kind. I've known her since I was a child since I was going to the old office location for Dr antonucci. I'll miss seeing her when I come in for my 6-month appointments. Edit- they have now scheduled me for an appointment I DID NOT make for this Monday. Edit for appointment from December - decided to give them another chance. staff is still extremely rude. Dr.Doogan only saw me as a dollar sign and didn't listen when I asked why my back molars hurt when I get a migraine and that my migraines are triggered from lack of sleep. I know my jaw isn't aligned properly and I trust my actual dentist Dr.antenucci about if it doesn't bother me to not spend thousands to fix it. I get he's a dentist and he does need to make a living but maybe listen when a patient is telling you what's wrong. This is why women rarely go to the doctor because we get ignored.
