All this time wasted. I wish I knew about Ed Zeva 10 years ago. I was referred recently to his practice by someone I trust. Wow!! To reiterate, I wish I knew about him sooner. His staff is fantastic, his office is quaint, there is no wait when you have your appointment, and he is such a professional and current with all the dental practices. Really, I was blown away. I moved to Babylon from Queens so I needed to find a new Dentist, I hit the jackpot with Babylon Smiles!! They were everything you would want in a dentist office, all the staff were Amazing. Dawn at the front desk checked me in and out and set up my next appointment and checked my insurance to explain what they covered, she was very thorough, professional and did it all with a Smile, you could tell she is very experienced and good at her job. The hygienist Jessica was great, she gave me a lot of time answering all my questions and explained what i needed in detail. She was Awesome!! Last but not least Dr. Zena was also great, he also talked to me and gave me time instead of rushing me out, I really appreciate that as it seems most places do that, your just a number, but at Babylon Smiles your much more than that, they really care about their patients and it shows in the great staff. Dr. Zeva and his staff are terrific. My family has been seeing him for several years now after he was recommended to us. I finally made it back to the office today for a checkup after a year. It's like seeing friends that you haven't seen in awhile. Kathy greeted me when I walked in and immediately noticed that I changed my hair. Dianne, my hygienist, is a doll. We asked about each other's families and what's happening in life. Last year I had a toothache so bad that I couldn't speak. My husband called and got me in to see Dr. Zeva who immediately told me that I needed an emergency root canal. This was at 4:30 in the afternoon. His office made a few calls and scheduled an appointment for me the next morning with an associate of theirs. They go above to make sure that you are taken care of. Dr. Zeva is the best, I had a extremely hard case with a 30 year old dental implant. The company that made the implant went out of business. Dr. Zeva was able to track down parts and remake the crown, he did such a great job, the crown looks so natural. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a dentist in the Babylon area. read more

My husband and I are actually really fortunate to live within walking distance of Dr. Zeva's practice and along with this reason and his great reputation, we began coming to him when we moved here 3 years ago. In this time we have had regularly cleanings, week of our wedding cleaning and my husband currently has braces given to him by Dr. Zeva. If there is a better practice out there, I'd like to see it, b/c I can't imagine better cleanings, service or a more beautiful office than this one! My husband is perfect in every way, but in all honesty, his teeth were very crooked prior to Dr. Zeva coming to the rescue! He is more than half way through his braces and his teeth are becoming so perfect! We absolutely recommend Dr. Zeva to anyone who values their oral health. read more

I was never a big fan of having to the go to the dentist but ever since i was a little girl i have been seeing Dr Zeva and they make you feel so welcomed and so comfortable and i wouldn't let anyone else touch my teeth. One of the worst experience at this facility. Becareful when calling them to find out if they are not in network. Because clearly they do not care about the patients wallet and only their own. They promised they were in network with Cigna Dental and now I am finding out they're only in network with Employer based policies. They want to charge over $600 for three fillings with an insurance that should've been covered at 80% should they have been honest and done their work when I first when in!!! Will never come back and they will lose 4 customers as I will make sure to tell the other two referrals I sent them!! In the long run they will lose more money than I am! read more

One of the best dental practices around. I've never been to a better dentist. Everything about this office is absolutely amazing. Dr. Zeva explains everything prior to doing something and walks you through each step to make sure you are comfortable with every procedure. Always a quick and painless experience with him. The dental hygienist Diane is also phenomenal and very knowledgeable. Each time I visit the office I receive attentive care. After learning that my dentist , that I had been going to for years , was retiring I immediately felt sick . I hate the process of starting over but I needed a new dentist . At first I thought just regular brushing would keep me on track but I kept getting this feeling that I NEEDED to see a dentist fast . I was looking for recommendations and I finally decided to ask a family member. She recommended me to the office of Dr. Edward Zeva. After checking insurance to make sure that Dr.Zeva was an in-network dentist for me I made my first appointment. The receptionists are so friendly, sweet , professional and to be quite honest they calmed my nerves. After a brief wait time I was greeted by my dental hygienist,Adrienne . I love that the office is open yet private . There are no doors on any of the exam rooms which I love . You dont feel locked down. Big windows let in AMAZING sunlight throughout office , the office is neat and clean and each room has a TV. Adrienne talked me through my work-up and got right to it. She kept me talking which allowed me to feel even more comfortable. I also met Dr.Zeva . He was very friendly , warm and professional. My exam was no walk in the park but Adrienne kept me so relaxed. I have to say this has to be my best experience with a dental office and staff. Adrienne assured me that a few necessary steps would get me back on track to a healthier happier mouth and I must say 2 weeks later she was very pleased with my progress (sidenote: if you dont own a water flosser, GET ONE!!) Today was my 2 week follow-up (I told you my exam was not all rainbows and unicorns) I needed a little more work and finally I will see these ladies in 6 months .
