His staff is fantastic, his office is quaint, there is no wait when you have your appointment, and he is such a professional and current with all the dental practices. Really, I was blown away. Dawn at the front desk checked me in and out and set up my next appointment and checked my insurance to explain what they covered, she was very thorough, professional and did it all with a Smile, you could tell she is very experienced and good at her job. The hygienist Jessica was great, she gave me a lot of time answering all my questions and explained what i needed in detail. She was Awesome!! Last but not least Dr. Zena was also great, he also talked to me and gave me time instead of rushing me out, I really appreciate that as it seems most places do that, your just a number, but at Babylon Smiles your much more than that, they really care about their patients and it shows in the great staff. During COVID I moved away for a bit, but when I returned I found the office is now under new ownership with Dr. Alex. I'm happy to say that the quality of care has stayed just as good. The staff has been friendly and professional, and the office still runs very smoothly. Recently I started Invisalign treatment here after having a not-so-great experience with an orthodontist at another office. Dr. Alex has been very responsive to my questions and took the time to make adjustments based on some concerns I had during the process. Run…read moreaway...fast! my 81 year old mother who only has EDP which is a discount dental card, has been going here for several years, but never really needed anything done except cleanings/xrays. a few weeks ago we go for her cleaning, they tell her she has severe decay, needs to break off her "4-tooth" bridge, just to see if they can save the two anchor teeth, THEN will need to have a new bridge done once they "see" what happens with her two anchor teeth. and she may need to go elsewhere for a root canal. So luckily i mention it to my brother whose dentist is awesome and professional. he takes mom there, pays out of pocket and dentist tells us "nothing wrong with her bridge/anchor teeth etc....she needs a really deep and thorough cleaning and has a cavity to be filled. they are taking care of it tomorrow....AND my mother just had a cleaning from Goldbergs office two weeks ago! so Goldberg did nothing but take moms money, then trying to charge her $2500 for a new bridge and teeth pull....she didnt need and never mentioned the cavity. no worries, i am not taking her back there, we will travel out east to Manorville to the new dentist and pay out of pocket for her. Unbelievable!!! side note, office staff not good either, a little snippy and they never answer, you are always leaving messages!
