After some research I decided to choose Dr. Kleinrock since he was noted as an expert in the product. He did a great job on helping to straighten my teeth and fix the underbite I never knew I had with using the Invisalign and orthodontic rubber bands on part of the treatment. Throughout the treatment he gave me the trays to change every two weeks as he checked on my progress and made changes according to how my teeth shifted. My treatment was shy under two years after he extended my aligner sets by a few months at no additional cost to my payment plan that was agreed on. He was a great help even after treatment and I needed to get my retainer replaced after ware and tear. Dr. Kleinrock and his staff are fantastic in how they treat their patients. I recently convinced my fiancé to get his teeth fixed by Dr. Kleinrock as well. It's nice to see that the process to get fitted for Invisalign has changed since I went and has gone digital as opposed to the three molds they used to have to take. In the waiting room there is a couple of tvs with video games, local tv and magazines to keep you occupied while you wait. Waiting time generally isn't long at all anyway. The parking lot is on the smaller side, but I usually have no problem finding parking. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs to get braces or aligners since their office gives the best professionalism and service.

Although…read moreSeth's office is over a 40 minute drive from our house, we consulted with Seth as a second opinion, at the high recommendation of a relative, after feeling uneasy with a local and popular orthodontist that we first consulted. Seth evaluated both of our children regarding their need for and the extent of any needed orthodontic care. Seth explained that the large gap between my daughter's two front teeth was very straight forward to repair and did not require more than one year of treatment (very different from what we were told by the first orthodontist). Fifteen months later (delayed only due to COVID), her braces are off and her teeth are perfect. Seth has also advised us, after three separate consultations over the past year and a half, that our son's mouth is not yet developed enough for braces and that we should wait (also very different from what we were told by the first orthodontist). Aside from having gifted hands and doing an amazing job correcting my daughter's gap, Seth is honest and trustworthy. It is about doing what is right for his patient and not about the money. He did not recommend the extensive and expensive work for my daughter that he could have and he has repeatedly pushed off any work on my son's mouth. It was a true pleasure working with Seth and his entire staff and would highly recommend him to all.

Like many people, I fear and avoid the dentist at all costs. I've had some true horror experiences in the past that would make your toes curl. This experience was so different. Dr. Marks is the best dentist I have ever been to. The work done on me was excellent, but it was more than that. The office was immaculate, the receptionist was lovely, I was seen promptly, I was actually listened to, and the doctor continued to make sure I felt comfortable before moving forward. He was unfailingly kind and patient, explained everything to me in copious detail, and even asked about my worst dentist experiences so he could "avoid making the same mistakes." :) He followed up after my procedure by phone to check up on my healing, an extra mile that was not needed but so appreciated. He's also a wizard with novocaine, for what that's worth. I've honestly never been more pleased with a dental visit. I made an…read moreappointment on line giving my insurance company and verified with my insurance that they are participating. When I arrived at my appointment she told me that they don't participat. I showed her the Dentists all at that location are listed as participatin. Then she told me that whenever they bill Medicare patients they don't get paid so they decided to tell everyone they don't participate. I called my insurance with the DDS's NPI # & verified in network participatio and they spoke with Vanessa and she told her the same thing saying if I wanted to be seen it would be 397 out of pocket. I am filing a formal complaint with my insurance and I will also file with Medicare as she was trying to extort 397 for covered services. She claimed it was for X-rays as a last ditch effort but they are covered 100% with my advantage plane along with the office visit.

Their policy of having the patient pay before they bill insurance is absolutely ridiculous. It is a SCAM they end up DOUBLE BILLING their customers and keep the money as "CREDITS". Everyone should double check the EOB when your insurance gives it to you. My insurance normally covers 90-100% of everything yet they still make me pay in office and then I have to spend weeks getting a refund from them because they DOUBLE BILLED ME. Great expressions is a scam of a dentist office and if you go here you should really double check they aren't double billing you when your insurance pays!
