I first went here about ten years ago to get Invisalign aligners since I never got braces when I was growing up and I wasn't quite interested in getting regular ones. After some research I decided to choose Dr. Kleinrock since he was noted as an expert in the product. He did a great job on helping to straighten my teeth and fix the underbite I never knew I had with using the Invisalign and orthodontic rubber bands on part of the treatment. Throughout the treatment he gave me the trays to change every two weeks as he checked on my progress and made changes according to how my teeth shifted. My treatment was shy under two years after he extended my aligner sets by a few months at no additional cost to my payment plan that was agreed on. He was a great help even after treatment and I needed to get my retainer replaced after ware and tear. Dr. Kleinrock and his staff are fantastic in how they treat their patients. I recently convinced my fiancé to get his teeth fixed by Dr. Kleinrock as well. It's nice to see that the process to get fitted for Invisalign has changed since I went and has gone digital as opposed to the three molds they used to have to take. In the waiting room there is a couple of tvs with video games, local tv and magazines to keep you occupied while you wait. Waiting time generally isn't long at all anyway. The parking lot is on the smaller side, but I usually have no problem finding parking. Seth Kleinrock is an amazing orthodontist and his entire staff is beyond accommodating. Although Seth's office is over a 40 minute drive from our house, we consulted with Seth as a second opinion, at the high recommendation of a relative, after feeling uneasy with a local and popular orthodontist that we first consulted. Seth evaluated both of our children regarding their need for and the extent of any needed orthodontic care. Seth explained that the large gap between my daughter's two front teeth was very straight forward to repair and did not require more than one year of treatment (very different from what we were told by the first orthodontist). Fifteen months later (delayed only due to COVID), her braces are off and her teeth are perfect. Seth has also advised us, after three separate consultations over the past year and a half, that our son's mouth is not yet developed enough for braces and that we should wait (also very different from what we were told by the first orthodontist). Aside from having gifted hands and doing an amazing job correcting my daughter's gap, Seth is honest and trustworthy. It is about doing what is right for his patient and not about the money. He did not recommend the extensive and expensive work for my daughter that he could have and he has repeatedly pushed off any work on my son's mouth. He is a nice man and my mom and I wrongfully trusted him. I went to Dr Kleinrock from ages 10-16. Started out as him putting on braces to fix a gap in my bite from pulling out a tooth (I didn't have a permanent tooth in that spot as seen in x-rays he took) which drastically exacerbated my existing TMJ. While having the braces on I had told him my jaw was clicking which he said was normal and I was just going through puberty. When I got my braces off after a few months, my teeth shifted a bit. He told me it was from "over wearing" my retainer (I did not, I followed his directions exactly). He re-did the braces on my bottom teeth to shift things back. Again after a year of having just bottom braces, a few moths after they came off my teeth shifted back. My jaw clicking continued and as I got older became accompanied by pain and headaches. Over time, this eroded my jaw bone which has caused consistent pain into my late 20s. TMJ is visible in x-rays taken from when I was 10 and the symptoms I told him were clear indicators. I have since been to another dentist who has corrected most of Dr Kleinrock's errors but I have to live with them to this day. read more

I've been shopping for an orthodontist for awhile and went to four before I found Dr. Kleinrock. His team is like a cheerleading squad, and made the steps to get Invisalign fun. Dr. Kleinrock himself is very honest, very detailed and patient. I really liked that he spent the entire hour on my first evaluation explaining the Invisalign process and answered my questions...not his assistant. Yesterday my Invisalign was put in and it was gently done all while Dr. Kleinrock and his assistant guided me through the entire process and also made me laugh and feel comfortable. I visited Dr. Kleinrock in June 2012. I had a drastic anterior open bite. Since starting the braces treatment I have had great results to date. Dr. Kleinrock has great bedside manner and the staff is extremely pleasant to interact with. I am seen shortly after I arrive and my visits are very quick. I was losing hope that I would ever be able to have a beautiful smile but thanks to Dr. Klenrock he made that possible. I recommend him to everyone. Dr. Kleinrock's vast knowledge and experience shines through his work. The decor of both offices is very nice. We had our consultation with Dr. Kleinrock this morning and I was extremely pleased by the efficiency of this office and the doctor's genuine honesty. I made the appointment about 10 days before the appointment and they were very accommodating and found the time that worked for me; then they confirmed the day before. When we got to our appointment, the staff was very courteous and there was no wait. Dr. Kleinrock is very pleasant and he honestly told me that my son does not really need the braces, which was a huge relief for me. AND.... there was no charge for the appointment. Most reviews are old. As Someone recent did not find this t be friendly staff at all. The way they answered the phone when I called for an appointment the lady Donna was so rude I hung up and called my dentist back who recommend and ask for another recommendation. Dr. Kleinrock is a dental genius!! I had braces many years ago but after getting them off, I failed to wear my retainer everyday. Over the years, I developed a gap. I went back to my old ortho and several other new ones, but they all gave me the same option, braces again. This wasn't an option for me. On my first visit to Dr. Kleinrock, he was able to make me a retainer which closed the gap in only one week!! My Mom and I kept saying how amazing it was that it closed so fast. I am so grateful to have a perfect smile again. He also made me a retainer to wear to ensure that the gap stays closed. Kudos to Dr. Kleinrock and his amazing team!! read more

I got the opportunity to get braces and after doing some research I found Dr. Kleinrocks office and went in for a free consultation. In and out , so simple and straightforward. He looks at everything and gives you the best options, his opinions and informs you on best practices. I had to remove some teeth elsewhere before I started the process so it took a few months before I was ready but on day 1 they are all so thorough! A year and 5 months later (how long I wore my braces under his care) The staff is so friendly, everyone is always there for your questions, no matter how silly the questions may sound.(I once called in to make sure my tooth wasn't going to fall out because it was shaking which I found out is normal ) Short wait times are a major plus! Dr. Kleinrock really knows his craft. No matter how many patients he has in a day, he is always cheerful and smiling, making you feel comfortable, while remaining so professional. I moved to the south a year into the process and figured it would affect my progress. Dr. Kleinrock accommodated me and spaced out my visits, so whenever I was back in town I could come in. So many good things to say about this office, I give them all five stars though and highly recommend Dr. Kleinrock for all your orthodontic needs! Best investment I ever made.
