Dr Salha has been taking care of my teeth since I'm teenager! He does great work & I trust him. Over the 10 years I've had many different procedures done to name a few; porcelain veneers, root canals and crowns, and fillings. STAY AWAY!!!! My wife and I were patients of Dr Salha for 3 years. I trusted him. I recently switched jobs so my insurance changed. I notified the office before my visit and scheduled an appointment like normal. Linda at the front desk told me when I arrived that since my insurance was different I'd have to pay up front and that the insurance company would reimburse me but possibly not the full amount. I thought this was strange and voiced my concern because cleanings are preventative and always fully covered twice a year. Dr Salha told me my new insurance was not as good as my past one and this was the reason. I trusted them. Upon leaving I was told my bill was $350 for a cleaning!!!!! I paid up and left. I called Delta Dental and found out Dr Salha doesn't accept my new insurance and I'd only be reimbursed $150. Dr Salha and Linda lied to me and neglected to tell me the truth. Dr Salha and Linda suckered me into paying $350 for a cleaning because they knew I would've gone to a dentist that accepted my insurance. When I called to talk about it Linda denied everything and said she told me my insurance was no longer accepted in advance. I was told she would speak to Dr Salha and call me back. She has not returned my phone call since. Extremely unprofessional, deceitful and rude. On top of it all he put a cap in about 1 year ago and I still can't chew on that side of my mouth because he's not even a good dentist. STAY AWAY!!!!!! read more

Let me say, I think impeccable service for someone who's absolutely TERRIFIED of the dentist (yeah one of those...) is a must. I know I'm not the only one who's got this fear so give them a shot. I'm really picky with my dentists as I have horrible..horrible experiences with them, but I gotta give it Parsons. My surgery went well; I came in nervous and left surprisingly content. I have been going to Dr. Salha for over ten years. I cannot rave enough about how comfortable a dentist can make you feel through a not so pleasant event such as my own. I always had horrible teeth, and I needed major dentistry work. I had several root canals, fillings, gum cleanings, etc.., Dr. Salha is willing to take the time to explain everything to you, and not rush you into anything you may be uncomfortable with at that moment.
